Mikumi Faru Tented Camp site is a Tanzanian company with fresh ideas and modern approach to deliver world classic hospitality to its guests. This beautiful Tented Camp erupted at a very silent location; greenish land decorated with variety species of trees where one can enjoy the morning bird's sound. It is built with 5 tents, one luxury tent and four semi luxury tents both are self-contained. The furniture and accessories have been selected to suit one's desire with modern conveniences and interestingly designed with excellent amenities to meet guest requirements. It is located about 300km from Dar Es Salaam International Airport, and it takes about 6 to 7 hours' drive to reach the place and 24km from Mikumi National Park entrance gate. There is also a very good natural levelled camping ground to accommodate more than 40 tents with an outdoor toilets and bathrooms facilities connected with traditional heaters for provision of hot water. You can get all tents from the camp. The camp has a swimming pool to cool its guests after a very long day game drive in Mikumi National Park. There is also very brilliant, designed bar and restaurant with variety of drinks and food to make your day enjoyable.
