Neighbors are friendly. This house is in a great location, which is not too far from any places you need to go in big Los Angeles county, or other counties. From surrounding the house, you can find almost everything you may need. Countless restaurants, a few markets and banks, many shoppings......all within walking distance. Transportation is convenient too, bus station can be reached out by walking. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the largest nearby shopping center "Santa Ana West-Field Arcadia", and about 15 minutes to drive to San Gabriel Mountain. It takes about 20 minutes driving way to PCC (Pasadena Community College), Cal Tech (California institute of Technology), Cal poly (a top private school in California) and Pasadena Oldtown. Only a 20-minute driving from downtown Los Angeles. Drive in the other direction for 10 minutes, you can reach out another traditional Chinese city-Monterey Park. Shopping or enjoying Asian food along the way, none of them could be missed. Drive east, west, south for no more than an hour to reach the famous Universal City, Disneyland and the largest outlets shopping center - Desert Hill Outlets.
