If any towels or linens get stained, there will be a fee 11. Guests are responsible for changing the batteries of any items, such as AAA or AA batteries, if they run out. 12. Occasionally, we may need to inspect the property (e.g., plumbing and electric systems) with a 24-hour notice. 16. While we strive to accommodate reasonable guest requests, please note that we do not provide hotel services. 17. Each reservation is entitled to 1 parking spot within the parking lot. 18. Portable window AC units may be removed between October 10 and May 15. 19. Except for emergencies, mechanical repairs may take at least 24 hours or sometime more.. 20. "Building maintenance and repair works may occur between 8:30 am to 6 pm, except on Sundays.
