i was very pleased with the breakfast and how all the employee were very nice

coffee pot such not be in restroom it should be in the room

New hotel,clean, friendly and excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was good, cinnamon rolls, a plus. Rooms were Caen, and place was pretty quiet overall.

Parking lot ran out of spaces, when we got back late one night. Front desk was kind about letting us park in reserved spaces until morning.

Comfortable room, plenty of food. Will we return ? Yes over all stays have been good.

Parking in right garage was difficult. King bed on hard side. Neighbors door shuts loudly in AM.

There were af few oddities: no curtains to pull on the window, the kind that block out the light. The bed was lumpy & uncomfortable, felt like an old mattress which is odd because the facility seemed so new, Some of the appliances did not work, exactly....the coffee maker was in bathroom with a very short cord that could not reach the electrical outlet - just odd.

The staff were very nice and helpful; the facilities were excellent - sauna, heated pool, gymnasium, good breakfast spread....it was easy to find, the secure underground parking facility was very good, my room was spacious, spotless and well equipped too.

Honestly can't think of anything I didn't like at the holiday inn...everything was superb.

Room was nice and tidy.The Holiday Inn Express in Monterey was just wonderful.

Would of liked to have been able to rent a movie.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay here compared with our next location of the Holiday Inn and Express in San Fransisco near the airport.

Breakfast included in room rate was poor, watered down juices, tasteless coffee, everything too sweet, poor selection of fresh fruit and healthy foods

I loved the free parking. I also appreciated the fact that the breakfast was included. Free Wi Fi. New building.

Loved the swimming pool and breakfast. The only thing we didn't like is the air conditioner. We didn't expect the old fashioned design AC in a nice hotel like Holiday Inn. The wind blows too hard even on LOW and it's uncomfortable. My dad complained that it's cold and shut it off. Therefore, his room got very stuffy:( Not sure if we'll come back next year because of that.

High price low comfort. Breakfast is very little, no buffet, no choice.

A little pricey as it was almost $700 for 3 nights

There was no mini fridge and the walls didn't seem to be sound proof.

I like almost everything about these hotel.It was relaxing would like to come back. Enjoyed the room and your staff was great,

The parking sucks. We got in late after my son wedding and 10 cars had taken up 2 to 3 spots so we had to park by the wall.We had 2 rooms and 2 cars so it was a real hard time parking. I will come back but if I can fine another hotel that I don't have to worry about parking I will stay there. Maybe you can have a sign that makes people move there car if nit park right would help.

Clean and comfortable room and beds. Quiet. Easy access to restaurants. Underground parking.

Cafe da manha eh absurdamente ruim, nao faz sentido se oferecer isso, eh melhor nao ter, dizer que e um hotel economico e nao dispoes

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereitngewesen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, modern u. großzügig eingerichtet. Im Bett schlief man sehr gut. Toilette und Bad waren top.Das alles hat uns sehr angenehm überrascht.

Das Pappgeschirr war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.Aber das ist wahrscheinlich in den USA so üblich. Deshalb nimmt man es für die Zeit des Urlaubs gelaasen hin. Also kein Problem.

Das Badezimmer war echt super!

Die Lage war suboptimal. Zum Strand braucht man gute 30 Minuten zu Fuß, aber man ist gleich in der Nähe einer Autobahn.

La verdad es que solamente pasamos una noche allí pero nos gustó mucho. La habitación es amplia, el baño muy lindo. Todo limpio, prolijo y cómodo. El desayuno es abundante. No recorrimos el resto de las instalaciones pero por los comentarios de amigos, todo está muy bien. Lo recomendamos!

Olvidamos un cargador de i-pod allí y esperamos recuperarlo...
