The home is located minutes from all the Twin Cities has to offer including the Xcel Energy Center, local universities, United Hospital, Keg & Case, and all the restaurants, bars, and other West 7th neighborhood attractions. The space 10' ceilings, original (100+ year-old) hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and modern appliances all complete this West 7th bungalow. Enjoy this entire house with modern amenities and historic charm, all while maintaining the comfort, flexibility, and privacy of a vacation home. The home includes 2 upper-level bedrooms and 1 lower-level bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms are conjoined - meaning you'll walk through the room with the daybed to access the other upstairs bedroom with the queen bed. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house. Other things to note RING DOORBELLS: We utilize Ring video doorbells for our guests' safety. This also allows us to ensure the booking details are accurate -- if more people than are listed attempt to check in, or someone other than the person who made the reservation checks in, we'll be alerted. PETS: We can accommodate 1 dog per reservation upon approval only. Your dog must be on the reservation with the DAILY pet fee paid prior to arrival or you will be subject to an additional charge plus the nightly pet rate. Please review our House Rules for additional instructions that allow us to continue to be fido friendly! *No rabbits. No cats. No other animals allowed, even though we love them all. During the day Austin works as part of a family business here in the Twin Cities, and Elizabeth works as a graphic designer. When we're not doing that, we love to travel, hike, and mountain bike. Restaurants, breweries, and markets in the area include Keg & Case, Woodfired, Shamrocks, Parlour Bar, Mancini's, Rok Eatery, Bad Weather Brewing, Summit Brewery, Cossetta's, Cafe Astoria, Hope Breakfast Bar, and more. You'll be minutes from local universities, downtown St. Paul, the Xcel Energy Center, the Mississippi River, and Fort Snelling. The airport is a short 15-minute drive right down West 7th (Highway 5).
