As you descend the stairs to the basement, the flow of the home continues with updated flooring throughout each room; a utility room with washer and dryer, 2 additional bedrooms (2 queens), 1 full bathroom and a spacious living room with another 55' TV, space for dining as well and foosball table. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with area rugs and original artwork & photography by both of the owners. The rooms have closet space, luggage racks, night stand lights with USB ports, fresh sheets and towels. The house has heat and AC and ceiling fans. The back yard/back patio has a fenced in yard, patio furniture, grill, backyard games and a firepit. No smoking, parties or pets are permitted inside the home. Any smoking may be done outside of the home but any evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a fine. Northglenn/Thornton is a small suburb 20 min north of Denver that allows for quick access to downtown and fun activities of its own! This small neighborhood is easy to navigate and free parking is available on the street in front of the home. Grocery store, gas stations, convenience stores, shopping are all located within minutes of the home as well.
