Very satisfied with the friendly staff! The room was spacious and clean, I highly recommend it.
Spacious room. Cleanliness. Decent In - Room amenities. Central Location. Basic Breakfast. 24x7 Coffee in the lobby. Courteous Staff.
Nothing - when one compares the rates in the area.
Location was good, staff were lovely and helpful. Room was a good size.
Got there at midnight and was told they had cancelled my booking because my Australian Credit card wouldn't process. I was never notified that there were any issues, never asked for new details or told the booking was cancelled prior to my arrival. Staff handled it well though and found me a room.
Breakfast was included and airport transportation within certain hours
First room we had smelled a little like smoke but second room was fine
Great location. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Facilities basic but clean. An older building. The cost to stay was very reasonable.
It was what we expected. Parking wasn't great but it was doable. It was all good for the most part.
This hotel is easy to get to from I-5 or Hwy 163. Parking is ample even for long bed pickup trucks. Close to nice restaurants and only a few blocks from Horton Plaza and the stadium. Bed was comfortable and the room was well insulated from all outside noises.
There is nothing that I didn't like about this hotel and would stay there again if needed.
Close to Hollywood
Very friendly staff
Needed two waffle makers and ran out of yogurt the first day we were there. Shower head needed to be taller.
Hotel is walking (25 minutes) distance from Balboa park, USS Midway, Gaslamp district. No issues with parking at this property, even while located in Downtown. Various shops and restaurants nearby.
Floor was dirty The only good thing at breakfast were the bananas.
The availability of the king size bed and the ease of location to other locations during my visit. Internet was quick and easy to access.
Bathroom quite small. Shower/bathtub is evidently older. Tub use was impossible to use due to size. Parking space was atrocious. Very limited and costly. Really glad I decided to use public transportation to go from location to location.
Near to all facilities of San Diego. Friendly and supporting staff.
The room was clean and smell good. Breakfast was good.
When they cleaned my room they didn't change the wet towels!!! At checkout they ask if I want the receipt??? because they charge me extra for (special request for 621) which is $16 for parking per day and $1.5 (safe with limited warranty) per day. If you have to go there check your receipt before you leave.

Nice hot water
Bathtub was extremely small. Rooms smelled and were not clean. Some items were broken or just didn't work. Parking.
Free coffee in lobby but most of all... Staff REALLY helps you with directions.... I was amazed. Really THANKS a lot Ivan and your colleagues!
i like the 24hrs coffee at the reception and the good wifi connection. It is close to Gaslamp.
The breakfast wasn't really a breakfast. It was just a snack.
It was close off the freeway making it easy to find fairly close to shopping and restaurants and quiet. Staff was super friendly
The furniture was scratched and dinged up. The air conditioner leaked. The bathroom had a weird tub that was half the size of a normal tub. The bathroom had pealing paint off the tile and cracks in the ceiling. I was told I would have a flat screen tv(old tube tv), microwave (no where to be found) a coffee maker which would make a 4oz cup. Parking was super limited and was costly at $16 per night. Overall I would have rathered stayed at a motel 6.
Very comfortable and not to far from the strip walking distance.
The breakfast hours. It ends to soon.
Parking limited The place is old
Free wifi and free parking and nice breakfast
Nice as the furniture sis not high quality
Front desk staff were very good! They gave us directions ordered cabs for us and even came and announced there arrival! They always had a smile and made me feel welcome. I just loved the over night staff!!!!!
The room was very old and found a can of red bull under the television stand. The bottom of the tub was stained and the advertising material was very worn
Check in and out was quick. Hotel was clean and simple.
I like the beds and the breakfast.
I didn't like the floor because it was always dirty and also the prices are so expensive
only 15min walking to gaslamp district. Room was big and clean
Weird smell in the room, parking is expensive ($16 per day). $1,50 charge for the safe which we did not use.
Room was noisy small and antiquated. I booked three nights and left after one.
