Great location. And staff was super helpful
The service was great!
Some lights weren't working
Close to Gaslamb area Large room
pay extra to park had to park off grounds very small tub
Huge breakfast set-up, delicious. Huge room, given the city location, great value for size of room. Easy walk to bus stops. Super friendly staff. Free shuttle to and from train station and airport.
Bathtub drained pretty slowly when the faucet was used. Seemed to drain ok when the shower was used.
They need knew bathrooms
Our room had laminate flooring, not carpet
Overpriced for this facility, too noisy and very rundown. Tiny shower and tub
The bed was SOOO aweful. Towels were so warn down it was like drying yourself with a paper towel. Flat screen TVs?! Lie. Wifi?! Nope. $16 a day for parking!
Location, the room, relatively quiet. Very clean.
Poor breakfast. Parking is not free.
location, cleanliness of room
very poor quality breakfast. Windows, you can not open at all. reception staff can not give invoice on company's name.
Good location , nice staff
the room was clean, there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room along with a decent sized closet. It's walking distance to gaslamp district, and food (total plus!). Secure parking.
The tub/shower was a little small, my friend is 5'10 and the shower head was too short. I had read about the parking fees being $16 per night per car, so I was expecting it. Honestly I'd rather pay the $16 than have to figure out street parking.
Staff v helpful especially Erica @ reception, couldn't do enough for us. Well done Erica.
Ride our bikes into San Diego to stay close to Gaslamp district. Great for bikers since parking is away from street. Clean and quiet rooms.
Shower was really good. Convenient for me as I was moving in next door the next day. Wifi was good.
Didn't see the microwave or fridge in my room
location Well built and maintained
Parking in the site requires payment
the bed was super comfy.
the room initially smelled weird upon arrival.
The hotel was in a decent location and we were able to walk to many bars nearby. The room was big and pretty comfortable. About what I expected.
However parking was difficult and we ended up paying for parking at the hotel. The breakfast was a little disappointing but we did get enough to eat.
Very satisfied with the friendly staff! The room was spacious and clean, I highly recommend it.
Spacious room. Cleanliness. Decent In - Room amenities. Central Location. Basic Breakfast. 24x7 Coffee in the lobby. Courteous Staff.
Nothing - when one compares the rates in the area.
Location was good, staff were lovely and helpful. Room was a good size.
Got there at midnight and was told they had cancelled my booking because my Australian Credit card wouldn't process. I was never notified that there were any issues, never asked for new details or told the booking was cancelled prior to my arrival. Staff handled it well though and found me a room.
Breakfast was included and airport transportation within certain hours
First room we had smelled a little like smoke but second room was fine
Great location. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Facilities basic but clean. An older building. The cost to stay was very reasonable.
It was what we expected. Parking wasn't great but it was doable. It was all good for the most part.
This hotel is easy to get to from I-5 or Hwy 163. Parking is ample even for long bed pickup trucks. Close to nice restaurants and only a few blocks from Horton Plaza and the stadium. Bed was comfortable and the room was well insulated from all outside noises.
There is nothing that I didn't like about this hotel and would stay there again if needed.
