The open layout. I didn’t feel crammed. It was relaxing. The staff upon our entering was very welcoming and friendly. She is what this visit doable minus the pool.

Stay at the luxurious Sand & Sea Condos and you'll be treated to partial views of the ocean, full views of the mountains, and a fireplace to come home to after a beautiful day on the beach! Located right on the Promenade in the heart of Seaside, this condo is close to everything the town has to offer. The complex is right on the beach and the 1.5-mile Promenade, where tons of people spend the day sunbathing, rollerblading, biking, and hanging out. You'll have access to all of the restaurants and bars on Broadway Street, while the nearby mountains and Tillamook Head provide fantastic scenery and outdoor activities. The living room is bright, modern, and spacious with views of the surrounding mountains and town. Stretch out on the sectional sofa with a glass of wine in front of the gas fireplace, or watch a DVD on the huge TV - this area is perfect for lounging! There are spots for everyone at the dining table, plus seats at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The kitchen has all the amenities necessary so you won't have to spend loads of cash going out to eat, plus there's even a dishwasher for easy clean-up.
