The property, in the family for some decades, was initially purchase by a doctor and his wife. The doctor was a WWII vet and had served in Eisenhower's Germany office during the war. He hand built much of the extensions to the property. The gardens and landscaping are a work of passion that took a life of love to develop. We have three acres for you to explore and relax in. Ask for us to light the fire pit or bbq for you. The room comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry access. Although we are registered as a bed and breakfast one of the main amenities we offer is a private kitchen. If requested we will provide a breakfast menu. However, most of the growing year, we do provide a basket for you to pick fresh herbs and vegtables from our garden, to add to your self prepared dinner.
