Excellent Breakfasts served on our private patio with the added beauty of live antelope and other grazers only a few meters away which contributed to an exceptional bush experience. The peace and quite with easy access to the KNP and also close by local viewing site across the Crocodile river adjoining the KNP Southern boundary. The wonderful owners, Leon and his son Donovan were always close by to provide advice and special attention to any queries and their kind hospitality. A very clean, neat, and comfortable private Villa with immaculate splash pool and bomma for private braaiing and close up viewing of Kudu, Impala, Zebra, Monkeys, Warthog, Wildebeest, Bush-babies, and lots of birdlife. We had a spectacular bush experience, at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be back. Thank you African Sky Villas, Leon and Donovan.

I was given a warm welcome by Sandra and Paul, from the moment that I arrived. The conversations and awesome meals, were thoroughly enjoyed. I saw all kinds of animals, including a genet and a thick-tailed bushbaby. I enjoyed seeing animals, such as kudu, warthogs, zebra and other types of buck. I saw various types of birds too. The accommodation is very clean. The hosts have put their hearts into every detail. The hosts went the extra mile to make my stay, comfortable and enjoyable. This was a truly worthwhile and amazing experience, for me. Breakfast was even packed for me, for my trip into the Kruger National Park. I enjoyed the ambience and tranquility, at the accommodation too. I wish that I could have stayed longer.

The house is modern and beautiful.
I’m not sure if they don’t offer body soap as we didn’t have in the bathroom.
It would be perfect if the bedrooms can have a chair or a couche otherwise the house has everything

Loved Marloth Park.
Excellent little Spar
Ate at 2 restaurants - Amazing River view and Giraffe. Both Very good. The views at the river one are lovely.
Loved the animals roaming around.
The dirt roads could do with a bit of grading.
But apart from that, would definitely stay here again.

Close to crocodile bridge.
Close to crocodile bridge. Malelane is only half an hour away. Komatipoort is small and does not have many storey, so get your groceries from malelane before you get to Marloth .
They were opening a small spar there before we left marloth.

Staying at Marloth Park allows you to view animals within the park and is close to the Kruger Park if you are going to do a day visit there.-
The Kruger Maroela Lodge was well priced and very comfortable.
Very friendly owners who went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. The on site restaurant had a good menu that is well priced. Well worth using.
I would definitely stay at Maroele Lodge again!!
Great location, right next to the world's most famous wildlife park. A real South African gem; excellent food and a super bar with a fire every evening; fantastic verandah with a too-die-for view of the Crocodile River; elegant safari rooms (with a heavenly scent) and amazing tub and shower. Definitely take the nature walk (I learned a lot and it was fun.) Hosts are wonderful--a lovely, very kind couple that think of everything and make you feel like you are part of a wonderful country. Will be coming back--bringing friends this time!
Christa and Pat, our hosts were just wonderful, kind and accomodating. They really went above and beyond giving us suggestions and updates and with the recent floods in the Kruger area they made sure we had the best travel route into Marloth park days before our arrival. The lodge is beautiful and so much bigger than we expected and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We had a really wonderful time.
Set in a secluded part of Marloth Park with game roaming free around the house. Awesome atmosphere. Beautiful surroundings. The house is beautifull. Well equipt. Modern touches and caters for power outages very well. Constant loadshedding in the area, but we did not even notice it as the house is very well equipt with backup water and power supply. Will definitely stay at Sonador again. Highly recommended.
We only stayed here for 1 night (due to unavailability at another lodge) and we were so sad to leave Marloth Park after seeing how beautiful the bungalow was! The room is so spacious and has such cozy vibes, you even have your own hangout area outside. Not to mention how nice the bathroom is. Will definitely recommend this lodge to our friends and choose it for our next trip to Crocodile Bridge.
Genet house is perfectly located within Marloth Park with regard to restaurants, activities and obviously viewing of animals. When they say pictures do not lie, they are referring to ads on Genet house. Peaceful, clean and offering state the latest technology in home gadgets such as self print and subscriptions to different media. Genet house accommodates young and old.
We had a wonderful stay at the lodge! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was cozy and clean, and the view was breathtaking. We enjoyed the delicious diner everyday after the safari. The lodge sits into Marloth Park within wildlife, close to Crocodile bridge Kruger park entrance and the safari with guide Ingrid was outstanding.
The property is well situated in Marloth park, in a very calm area. The rooms are well maintained and equipped. The food (dinner and breakfast) was fresh and excellent. We had the chance to see a lot of animals and feed a zebra, just in front of our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We hope to come again!
The view of the crocodile river was amazing it is in a fair distance to crocodile bridge gate and malelane gate the park itself has many activities to keep both young and old entertained.the host was very acomidating with great knowledge of the ktuger and surrounding areas would definitely visit again
I have traveled and stayed in top Hotels around the world, but this was such a top experience, world class.
The staff and management went overboard to entertain and keep you happy with food, music, game drives etc.
I will always go back there. I cannot thank them enough for a brilliant stay.
The unit was very rustic with everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. Very close to the Kruger, less than 30 minutes drive. Kids really enjoyed the wildlife inside Marloth Park. When an unfortunate problem happened, the team quickly sorted it out for us. Fantastic holiday destination.
Wonderful stay at wielewaal
The owner were so caring and welcoming
We wish we could stay longer
We recommand with our eyes closed
Its also really well located only few minutes from krueger. Compared to other lodges, this one has a fantastic interior design you will not regret it
Location in Marloth Park was excellent and easy to find.
Anton was fantastic and helpful.
We saw plenty of zebra, bush pig, impala, kudu and birds - children loved it!
We certainly will be back very shortly with other family members.
Thank you so much...
The space was really quite, and close to Kruger. The owners and personnel were very friendly and helpful!
We also had dinner, which was really great. In Marloth Park there are no other real good restaurants.
Place is clean and you have to remember it is in the bush environment its not going to be a Santon hotel. So if you are a clean freak then maybe the bush is not for you.
