This property has direct access to the beach, only 30 meters away, in a secure complex. The apartment is situated on the upper level & adjacent to the main house with its own outside entrance leading with stairs to that level. Entering in the open plan indoor BBQ(braai), dining/living area with a kitchenette, from which 2 separate bedrooms lead with their en-suite bathrooms. This apartment sleeps 4 people.

This beach makes for shallow swimming & kayaking area. It is quiet with the occasional friendly local fishermen, dog walkers, a few sun bathers and sunrise/sunset strolling people of all ages. We have a small shopping centre 1km (8 min walk) from the complex with a PnP, Pharmacy, Oasis water, car wash, laundry, PostNet among other & various fast-food outlets. Harbour Island with bars & restaurants is only 2km (16 min walk) away. It is 5km away from Gordons Bay Central beachfront & 5km from Strand beach. 10km from Somerset Mall. The nearest Wine Estates is as close as 13km away. Gordons Bay itself is nestled along an excellent beachfront with all kinds of haberdashery shops, informal stalls, good eating places and hiking trails which start right there. On the coastal drive from Gordons Bay via quaint little towns like Rooi-Els, Pringle Bay, Betty`s Bay and Kleinmond one may quite often encounter whales well before reaching the main whale watching area called Hermanus. The nearby Stellenbosch area wine farms (tasting and restaurants facilities on most) compliment the olive oil tasting, strawberry farms, cheese and brandy tasting facilities quite well.
