The historic centre and vibrant nightlife are just 3 miles away, and St James’ Park can be reached in a 10-minute drive. comfy bed , clean room , good lighting , good shower rooms and very clean , toilets clean , use of a kitchen and warm room (heater if needed) tv good (smart tv), parking provided and friendly and helpful staff , cant wait to go again , reccomend to everyone

At the accommodation rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels. Clean, simple, no frills, but just what I needed. Hot water, strong shower, clean and comfy bed, quiet. For a last minute place to get my head down for two nights, or was spot on. Free parking around too.
