Above all else, the owner George is so accommodating, helpful, and kind. The breakfast was also very good. If you want a relaxed holiday I would recommend it here. Myers Family August 2023

Kitchen very complete, all rooms and bathroom very clean and cool also on a hot day. Big bed and plenty space for rainy days. Smart TV including Netflix etc. Bread service, it's about 10 minutes driving to Mittersill. Nice view over valley. Price was including the Sommer Card with lots of discounts.

Host really nice and welcoming - mini-chicolates were great for a snack after a few runs on the slopes- Thank you, Michaela! The appartment is huge for one family of 3, a lot of space, very nice furniture and modern bathrooms. I loved the kitchen separated by the spacious livingroom, great comfortable couch. A plus was the fact that we were the only ones in the house.

You can dry your ski boots in the apartment. Very nice and communicative owner. The apartment is only a few minutes drive to the nearest ski lift. We really enjoyed our stay. good views from the rooms/balcony.

We were a group of 8. 7 adults and an 8 year old. We’ve never stayed in a chalet before, but will stay at this one again. The house is close to the town centre with loads of shops and restaurants. The ski lift to Kitzski is just 10 min away by car or ski bus, also Kaprun or Zell is not far away. We felt really comfortable thanks to our host Barbara who met us on our arrival. She is a very nice lady and we hope we come back sometime!

Big bathroom with massive shower, bath and two sinks. Really nice and friendly staff. Small but nice pool, especially on an evening when it’s not busy. Various areas to sit out in the garden by the pool.
