Susan on reception was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we were attended. The bar staff where great, even knew how to do a proper old fashioned. The breakfast was incredible compliments to the chef.

Elemis products were a nice touch. And very quiet, no doors slamming, no loud pings from the elevator which seems to be normal in most hotel. Another bonus point is the still and sparkling water fountain dotted around the hotel, such a good idea - should have it in every hotel. The staff were great and on several occasions really helpful. It was immaculately clean, tidy, warm and quiet. The spa area was nice, I didn't have any treatments but the pool, sauna and steam room were clean and very relaxing. The dinner and breakfast were great although, at an add on if £22, I do not know why they charge another £4 add on for smashed avocado and poached egg on toast....£26 for egg and avocado....I think not.

The different array of mini cereals in the kitchen and the bathroom kept clean with different soaps and kept spotlessly with plenty of toilet paper to last us well into the holiday. There was plenty of loo rolls left over. We were grateful for the dining room where it had spacious couches to relax on in front of a tv with a glass table easy to clean. Thank you.YankyYoung couple
