Almost fully equipped apartment with a beautiful large terrace and a parking space in front of the building. The host was polite, quickly answered our call and provided us with all the necessary information.

We were very nicely welcomed by the owner of the apartement at an excellent location really at the border of Lac Leman. The apartement is very quiet and peacefully and you can enjoy the sounds of the lake and the birds when the windows are open. The apartement is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) and living room and bedroom have a large window and balcony overviewing the lakeside. Marvelous views! As we like architecture, we were happy to stay in a classified Art-nouveau building from 1936 which is well maintained in original style. Original a Hotel but since many years transformed to mainly large apartments. At the ground floor, there is a nice garden and resting area and a nice large swimming pool at the border of the lake. Also a private smal private harbor if you bring your motorboat. We enjoyed touring in the mountains with the motorcycle. In the evenings, you can walk to Evian and enjoy the city.
