I have nothing but amazing things to say about this property. I stayed in the room with the ocean view and it was absolutely breathtaking! The views with the pool are incredible. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff is also very genuine. I wish I stayed longer! Definitely one of my favorite stays in Malaysia!

The caring and communicative staff: Mr. Lee was extraordinary in making sure that my stay was comfortable by providing not only the basic necessities for my 10-day stay but also his rich knowledge of the local information. He was extremely responsive to my requests: he addressed my questions via Whatsapp and spoke to me in person a few times prior to my arrival. The hotel was well managed, clean and conveniently located. It accesses easily to busses, a large grocery store and many eateries. I highly recommend this place!

The staff also nice and professional. Mr Dave, the receptionist, make the check in experience great and smooth. He also help me and my family to reload the luggage from the car. Such a helpful person. Same goes to the butler and the their staff in restaurant. The breakfast also nice. Will return again and again and again.

Facilities & furnishings are quite old, but still ok, comfortable for 6 of us & really worth it. BTW, we stayed for 4 days and will be our first choice if we come to Penang again.

Unit is clean, not that big area but cosy enough for a night's stay. Friendly host met us to pass the keys and always available to answer questions. "Member" breakfast provided by means of self-serve bread and eggs and sausages. Unit facilities provided include microwave oven, washing machine, fridge and Netflix TV, alright!
