They responded to ours questions and problems very fast. The room and the bathroom is very clean and spacious. The water pressure is strong. It's convenient to walk to the heritage site, Gurney Drive, the city centre. There are many good cafes, restaurants, kopitiam surrounded with the hotel. You can find streets food vendors at night. The Chowrasta market is 3 mins walk away from the hotel. I'll definitely go back to stay in future!
