We stayed here 4 nights and we miss this beautifull place. Everything is amazing, i guess the best hight quality resort around Semporna, fantastic staff, very good food, very clean room. They offer a lot of tours too. During the snorkeling we saw a lot of tropical fishes, sting ray and a lot of turtles too. If you stay in Semporna and search for relax and maleysian hospitality is this the place to be.

My stay here was great. The staff was very helpful, the beds are super comfy and the hostel is very clean! The owner Wenesa is so nice, she hosted a Wonton night and later she brought all of us to taste a local coconut wine.Highly recommend, you also get free breakfast :))

I recently stayed at Ritz Residence, IMAGO Mall (Loft B) and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The moment I entered, I was greeted by an atmosphere of pure cleanliness and refined comfort. Every part of the residence was impeccably maintained — spotless floors, fresh linens, and a level of care that truly sets it apart. What impressed me most was how generous they were with amenities. From high-quality toiletries to thoughtful touches that made the stay smoother and more enjoyable, everything was well-planned and top-notch. Even without kitchen facilities, the residence offered more than enough luxury and convenience to ensure a seamless stay. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and undeniably elegant. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, giving me some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Beautiful decor, beds are very comfortable. AC in room is very effective and also has ceiling fan. Bathrooms are very spacious and rooms are tastefully decorated and were immaculately clean during our stay. Great location, walking distance to most sights. Helpful and friendly staff throughout hotel. Would recommend.

The rooms are separated from tour route. It gives privacy and you have a different view in the building. We had a welcome snack and it was a sweet move! Facilities are pretty complete in the room.

An amazing structure with all the possible facilities to make you fell welcome and relaxed. The communication was great, in different languages, and the breakfast was amazing, as well as the swimming pool.
