If 11/10 would be possible, I would rate it that high. It was one of the best hotels We ever slept in. It's all due to the people who work there. They're super kind, super helpful, they know your name, and they work hard so you can relax and chill out in their perfect hotel. The whole obejct is super clean, tidy, with ellegant vibe. The common chill/breakfast/reception area in great, You really what to hang out there, with the personel and 3 cats living there.(and a jar of delicious, addictive chocolate cookies). Rooms are super clean, cosy and stylish. We really loved the breakfast idea - every evening You recieve a menu for tomorrow and You let them know if you like it or not. Love it - no food is wasted, and everyday You can try something new. There is a nice gym and as a guest You get all the drinks (even those with alcohol) for free. Oh god, I miss this hotel so much. Don't hesitate, book it, You won't regret it.

The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is very nice (fruits, toast with kaya and tea or coffee). The whole hostel is pretty cute and clean. The best part is the staff that is beyond helpful and kind. I definitely would stay again.

Each meal was a feast for the senses, complemented by impeccable service in a family-friendly atmosphere. The resort's kid-friendly focus was evident in the customized gifts for kids, having a Kids Club, and offering a baby-setting service allowing parents to relax. In conclusion, the Ritz-Carlton Langkawi exceeded our expectations for a family getaway, combining luxurious accommodations, top-notch service, and a warm atmosphere. Master suite was very good and confy. Really good. place to stay. The staff really nice. Beautiful garden. In the midlle of the island. We rent a moto.(Need).

Clove 1+2 provided ample, comfortable spaces for our party of three. The decor in the common area was incredibly cute. Every time we walked through, I found another interesting thing to look at. The location is within walking distance to all that Georgetown offers, though it still feels tucked away. The staff were professional and kind, making sure we had everything we needed. We loved it so much, we came back and booked an extra night after staying at another hotel.

They did a fantastic job of restoring the Blue Mansion. The entire property is gorgeous. Our room was clean and spacious with a comfortable King bed, and well appointed period furnishings. It felt so special to be in such a historic place and the staff were friendly and helpful. They served breakfast in the courtyard with made to order offerings (the pancake with salted coconut and burnt sugar sauce was excellent). We also loved listening to the guzheng performance in the courtyard during the evening. The only regret was we managed to only book one night(it was fully booked).

Stylish, modern atmosphere throughout. Loved all the art pieces beautifully displayed in the hotel. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious.

For a first time visitor to KL this was the perfect hotel. It was within walking distance from Petronas Towers and malls with great food options. We loved every aspect of this hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and the breakfast was varied. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
