Our stay at BaBa Boutique House Langkawi was truly unforgettable. The level of hospitality was on a completely different level compared to anything we’ve experienced before. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. The service was exceptional in every aspect — attentive, genuine, and always delivered with a smile. Every detail was handled with care, and it honestly felt like nothing was too much to ask. It’s rare to come across a place where the people make such a big difference, but here they absolutely do. I can confidently say I’ve never experienced this kind of warmth and professionalism before. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special and memorable stay.

Friendly staff, easy chec in, clean villa, sprays for bugs and for lizards, good food and on time! Also nice and big rooms with an iron and prayer mat.

Lovely property! Really comfortable beds and great amenities in the room. The decor is lovely. Nice big bath tub and shower. Two pools, a gym and a massive open space with benches and hammocks to enjoy. Very clean. Love the fridge which has free soft drinks and water for guests. Everything you need is available. The staff are really friendly and helpful and are always available by WhatsApp. Perfect location too in the Imago mall where there are tons of nice restaurants and lots of shops. Quiet and peaceful once inside. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Kota Kinabalu and this is by far the best!

Excellent heritage boutique hotel and the location is an extra bonus. Staff is very courteous. A tip is to not eat a very heavy dinner the night before as the breakfast is superb and you can't do justice to it if you've had too much to eat the night before.

An exceptional stay overall. The villa has a calm, well-curated ambience with beautiful, peaceful surroundings and outstanding views. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, very comfortable, and finished to a high standard. The food is consistently very good (Chinese style). What truly sets this place apart is the team - King, Kang, and Andy are excellent. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, they create a relaxed, family-like atmosphere while keeping everything very well organised. We also did a reef dive which was a highlight - highly professional, smooth execution, and excellent service throughout. The entire experience feels considered and well run. A genuine hidden gem, and notably better than other villas in the area. Strongly recommend.

Loved the location, close to beach street and little India. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The room was very spacious with 4 double beds, more than enough for a family of 4. Even though its location, very central, the rooms are very quiet. I really love the friendliness of the staff. They gave lots of suggestions on where to go or where to eat. Loved the little local desserts every night brought to our room. Even though there are lots of plants around the mansion, there were no mosquitos. ( And I get bitten very easily). The check-in was also very fast. I would definitely return next time we visit George town.

Location is perfect, everything was clean and working well. The layout of the two bedroom apartment was great for a family with two children.
