If you are planning a trip to Singapore, I advise staying near JB Central, preferably within walking distance from your hotel. There are road closures and construction work for the new train service at JB Central, causing significant traffic jams during peak hours. This construction is expected to last several years, as of 2024. If the weather is bad or you need to do some shopping, City Square is the closest and most easily accessible mall from JB Central.LiuMalaysia - Scored 8.08.0
The apartment was great.
The apartment was great. What you see in the pictures is what you get. It was clean and tidy. The stated time for check in was at 3pm, however, we had to wait for almost 1 hr after arriving at the apartment lobby as our room was not ready and we kept being told that the key was already in the mailbox. A bit frustrating when we keep checking the mailbox and there's clearly nothing there. Luckily there was someone stationed at the lobby and we found him to update us on the status of the room. V convenient to go to the mall from the apartment. Car park and corridor of the apartment was also bright and not eerie. All in all a good stay.

Johore has transformed into a city since we last visited. Communication between Spore as well as Peninsular Malaysia is easy and inexpensive. I know JB well, having lived there for years, so every business trip is a bit like coming home, it's a great City, the People are friendly, it's safe, Huge selection of Accommodation, Hotels etc, at various prices, with lots to do, shopping centers etc, especially like the great and varied selection of Food to suit all budgets.
