For a long layover the property is great. The hotel has basic amenities such as soap, shampoo and other essential toiletries. Staff was kind and helpful. The room service was prompt to give additional water bottles.

Location and Transport
Changi Airport is Singapore’s main aviation hub, and can be found 11 miles (17 kilometres) northeast of Marina Bay, the capital’s Downtown. To get there, travellers can hop on the MRT train, changing at Tanah Merah Interchange. Trains run every 10 minutes. Alternatively, you could take the 36/37A bus, which stops at all terminals and runs every 10-12 minutes, or a taxi from outside Arrivals.

There are plenty of hotels located inside Changi Airport, in case you need to stay the night before a connecting flight. There’s plenty on offer to keep you entertained before takeoff too. Those love the nature, quiet and peaceful place will be happy to come here. Really peaceful. They also have lots of seafood restaurants and fresh cooking. Delicious. Not fussy person, I think it will be good to come here and escape from busy hectic life schedule in town.

Singapore is worth a visit, if for nothing else to get a first hand view of just how much Asia is outpacing Europe and the West generally. You can feel the wealth, commercial atmosphere and energy of the place in the air. The buildings, architecture and public spaces are phenomenal and unlike anything available in the west. The closest thing I have experienced to it was either Hong Kong in the 80s or London's City in the booming 90s.
Places to see include the Marina, China Town and basically the central areas of Singapore. A very interesting mix of populations, each seemingly with its own area in the city.
Another aspect of Singapore which is impressive is just how clean and efficient it is. No litter, no traffic jams (due to prohibitivelly expensive taxes on cars) and apparently no crime, j-walking or basically any variation from what is prescribed. A real marvel of social engineering, if you like that sort of thing.

Many restaurants available nearby hotel, so the traveller guest can select the place according to his/her individual choice of food. I generally used to eat at restaurant OSMAN OR restaurant HABIB. Try to have some Food/Beverage at Restoran BANAFEE Seri Alam near TODAY's mall. One can buy fresh fruits and other necessary shopping at TODAY's mall nearby. Pharmacy shops are available nearby in walking distance, which is very good. Possible for the travellers to connect to other cities in Malaysia from TBPG (Terminal Bas Pasir Gudang).

On the arrival day, we walked around Chinatown.
Day 2 was fully spent on Marina Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands. We visited Cloud Forest & Flower Domes; Supertree Observatory; OCBC Skyway; Floral Fantasy; Helix bridge; Singapore Flyer; Marina Bay Sands (MBS) SkyPark Observation Deck; and Christmas Wonderland - Garden Rhapsody light show.
Day 3 was spent on Universal Studios
Days 4 and 5 were spent on Wildlife Mandai Reserve 5 parks: Bird Paradise; Singapore Zoo; Night Safari; and Day 5: Rainforest Wild ASIA; River Wonders (where are the pandas and the capivaras) and we ended the day in Little India.
On Day 6 we went to Sentosa Island, to Palawan Beach (morning), walked around, cable car to the fort and observatory; finally we headed to Merlion Park and Clarke Quay.
On Day 7 we visited ArtScience Museum for Team Labs Future World in the morning, and on the mid-afternoon we headed to Changi Airport for the Jewel and Jewel's Rain Vortex, and Canopy Park.

We absolutely loved Singapore and can't wait to go back there. The history, the cleanliness the organised feel of the city really appealed to us. The weather was mixed - one day of torrential rain but there are plenty of ways of getting around without getting soaked. We will be back
