Changi Airport (SIN) Information
Location and Transport
Changi Airport is Singapore’s main aviation hub, and can be found 11 miles (17 kilometres) northeast of Marina Bay, the capital’s Downtown. To get there, travellers can hop on the MRT train, changing at Tanah Merah Interchange. Trains run every 10 minutes. Alternatively, you could take the 36/37A bus, which stops at all terminals and runs every 10-12 minutes, or a taxi from outside Arrivals.
Nearby Hotels and Airport Facilities
There are plenty of hotels located inside Changi Airport, in case you need to stay the night before a connecting flight. There’s plenty on offer to keep you entertained before takeoff too. From innovative art installations to a 24-hour cinema, Changi Airport is essentially a one-stop entertainment hub. Terminals 1-3 even have their own rooftop gardens, with plant species from all over the world and incredible views of planes taxiing along the runways.
Terminal Information
Changi Airport currently has four main passenger terminals, with Terminal 4 being the newest, having opened in 2017. All terminals are connected by a free Skytrain service, which operates every five minutes from 05.00 to 02.30.

The main activities are eating seafood, watching the sunset, enjoying the sea, and camping
For seafood, you can use Google Maps to find small local eateries instead of big restaurants. The prices are cheaper, the food is quite good, and it has a more homely, friendly feel
There are several small zoos in Pengerang, with ticket prices around RM20–35. They are suitable for taking kids to visit and have close contact with different animals. It’s a great place for city children to experience, and it’s very good value for money
It is best to avoid visiting during Malaysian public holidays, otherwise there will be heavy crowds and traffic jams. The beach will be lined with campers, and you will need to queue for food and activities. It is much better to go when there are fewer people so you can fully enjoy and experience the trip at a slower pace.

I always enjoy visiting Singapore.
I always enjoy visiting Singapore. It is a beautiful, vibrant, and well-organized country with so much to offer. One of the things I appreciate most is the incredible variety of food, with cuisines from many different cultures available everywhere. The city is exceptionally clean, safe, and easy to navigate. I have also found the people to be friendly, courteous, and always willing to help whenever assistance is needed. The public transport system is excellent—efficient, affordable, and very easy to access, making it convenient to travel around the island.
The only downside I noticed during this visit was the amount of construction taking place in many areas. While I understand that Singapore is continually developing and improving its infrastructure, the construction work made some places quite dusty and a little noisy at times. Nevertheless, this did not take away from the overall experience. Singapore remains one of my favourite destinations, and I always look forward to returning.

Many restaurants available nearby hotel, so the traveller guest can select the place according to his/her individual choice of food. I generally used to eat at restaurant OSMAN OR restaurant HABIB. Try to have some Food/Beverage at Restoran BANAFEE Seri Alam near TODAY's mall. One can buy fresh fruits and other necessary shopping at TODAY's mall nearby. Pharmacy shops are available nearby in walking distance, which is very good. Possible for the travellers to connect to other cities in Malaysia from TBPG (Terminal Bas Pasir Gudang).

Clean, safe and one of the best holiday destination to go 👏❤️
Our travel heading to Sentosa Central Beach to visit and witness the “Wings of Time fireworks” started from riding the cable car to reach the destination you wanted to go, capturing the different characters (Disneyworld Theme), beautiful garden.
I also had a very nice Singaporean laksa from the Good Old Days before watching the spectacular fireworks.
The Rhapsody light show was perfect and i love how they included the famous filipino “Anak” song popularized by Freddie Aguilar.
To end our journey,we were able to see the Marina Bay Sands, Garden by the Bay and Marina Bay Observation Deck.

Crowne Plaza Changi Airport was the absolute best choice for our one-night layover! You truly can't beat the convenience, especially when transitioning between flights.
Living up to Singapore’s world-class standards, the service, atmosphere, and amenities were top-tier across the board. The room was exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to get a great night's rest and leave feeling completely refreshed and ready for our next journey.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless, luxurious, and stress-free stopover!

Good budget option accommodation at Changi Airport, located in the Jewel, which provides a pleasant place to stretch the legs and shop in between flights. Rooms are tight, but enough space for a couple of suitcases tucked under the bed. Bed comfortable, although only access from one side, so will have to jump over partner if need to get up in night. Check in and out quick. Excellent filtered cold water stations in hallway.

Great location with both Dhoby Ghaut and Bencoolen MRT stations within easy walking distance. Bencoolen Station offers a convenient route to Changi Airport with just one transfer.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, friendly staff, and the Christian touches throughout the hotel. Good value for money in central Singapore.
I would happily stay here again.

It’s a nice modern hotel located very close to Changi Airport. We only stayed 24 hrs, but the hotel was very pleasant with nice amenities such as an outdoor pool, and quite a decent shopping mall just a very short walk away. The MRT (subway) is close so it’s convenient if we want to see the sights.

This is our go-to Changi Airport Hotel. 3 times now and we'll be back. Very convenient, 24hr reception. Cheap taxi s$25. or even cheaper: about 4 stops on the SMRT. Couple of cafe restaurants close by. If you have one of those terrible 20hr or less stopovers where you don't have time for anything but sleep! This is the place!
