Everything is good & excellent

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They always did their best and went above and beyond to help. Quite large and well equipped gym. The premises has several restaurants, a bar/restaurang on the roof, their own bakery as well as quite a well equipped supermarket with plenty of import goods.

My love to you remain the same Santika. Spacious, Clean and I got the right vibes since day one. I’m quite particular for the bathroom area and Santika is always exceed my expectations. I didn’t mean to be superstitious but I’ve been in a many hotels and I sometimes get this eerie feelings when something isn’t right with the room. The room I stayed it gives me nothing other than COMFORT. I had a deep sleep even it’s just 5 hours. Keep it up Santika. Keeping the good vibes among the staff… shall I say family? See you all again in the near future.

Staff are very helpful, friendly and very entertaining when the staff all dancing to greet the guest during breakfast. The hotel is very convenience because it is just beside the Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall just right in front of the hotel.

The staff is friendly, and the facilities are clean and convenient. Breakfast was fantastic with a variety of food and not many people. The golf course and driving range were nice for a buggy ride. Playing golf alone in the afternoon was okay because of low demand. The basic room I stayed in was not even big enough. The massage at the hotel was super nice, especially after a round of golf. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again.

Everything was great and met my expectations, except for the bathroom, as the water tends to flood the floor during showers. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

Great location - 5 minute drive from ferry terminal. Room was well kept - especially liked the huge bed and the rainfall shower. Small swimming pool and children’s play area made it kid friendly. Staff were helpful too.

It was cozy and comfy..feels like home..and the hospitality from the staff right from the front office right up to housekeeping was superb and two thumbs up.

The staff is approachable, friendly. The area is convenient to go any places.

The ambience and the availability of smoking rooms. The food has a vast variety as well. Staff are friendly though I did make several requests and a few had to be reminded but all in all they did upkeep to my requests. I got to compliment the housekeeping staffs though, I requested for my room to be cleaned up and they done it in front of me within 5 minutes.

Really pleasant stay! Good value for the price. I recommend choosing a breakfast (paid separately), that consists of three very delicious hot dishes and other cold dishes.
