We are truly glad that we chose Four Points by Sheraton Batam to celebrate our anniversary. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Location The hotel is conveniently located, with many nearby attractions, shopping malls, and local restaurants to explore. Cleanliness The hotel had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we entered. The rooms and corridors were very clean and well maintained. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Sapar, for his excellent service. Customer Service All the staff members were friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with warm smiles. They were attentive and willing to assist us promptly whenever needed. Guest Relations This was the highlight of our stay. We truly felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our time at the hotel. Every moment was enjoyable and memorable. Special thanks to Amel for the wonderful arrangements and care from the preparation stage until the end of our stay. Hotel Restaurant The restaurant was clean and cosy, and the food was absolutely marvellous, especially the local dishes. Our sincere thanks to the chef and the kitchen team for preparing such delicious meals for us. Overall, we had an amazing experience staying at Four Points by Sheraton Batam. Every staff member contributed to making our stay special and memorable. We will definitely choose Four Points again for our future visits to Batam and will highly recommend the hotel to our family and friends.

When we arrived I could tell we were going to have a great time.All of the young people on the reception were fantastic as was the breakfast staff the young man who cleaned our room was also very dedicated I will fully recommend your hotel to my friends

The private pool was great in the hot & humid weather and key reason we chose the property. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. While we did travel outside for one evening, a good choice of food & restaurants at the property.

Trip to Batam - It's a nice and relaxing trip for family, just an hour ferry from Singapore. KTM Resort - Relaxing short trip, in-house spa, friendly staff. Batam Zoo - What an experience to visit the zoo....if you like to pet/feed the animals. Dining Outlets - It's definitely worth it!

Plenty of cafes to choose from & great restaurants nearby on the waterfront. Excelor cafe good for breakfast. ‘See sea’ restaurant good for dinner & Malaysian restaurant also good for dinner in the mall.

The Harbour Bay area has many good restaurants for quiet evenings alone. It is not far from the Nagoya Hill mall which is great for shopping. For relaxation, Eska Spa at the ferry terminal is very professional.

The Mega Shopping Mall was great. New and Big. Nice restaurants inside. Good for those who love shopping. We ate in a nice restaurant with local food dishes. 1 Very Strong PLUS Point is that Batam Center is located just near the Ferry Terminal! That's why we chose here in the 1st place!

Nearby Nongsa beach but the beach is not clean.. the villa house we stay is just nice for a group of 6. But the house seems not been occupied for long, as it smells once you enter, the floor also not so clean. The aircon is not cold

Nagoya Shopping Mall is full of perhaps nothing else that cheap imitations… if that’s what you are keen for. But once you venture around the fringes of Nagoya that’s where the attractions are … the simple local fare and stores are a delight
