- Smooth and friendly check-in experience. - Early check-in request (due to ferry timing and Friday prayers) was accommodated even during peak holiday season — much appreciated 👍 - Room (non smoking) was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a family stay - All Staff were consistently helpful and polite throughout the stay - Breakfast was decent with enough variety for both adults and kids - Pool was clean and well-maintained - Convenient location with easy access to nearby shopping areas *** Overall, a very nice stay — would visit again 😊 ***

The ambience and the availability of smoking rooms. The food has a vast variety as well. Staff are friendly though I did make several requests and a few had to be reminded but all in all they did upkeep to my requests. I got to compliment the housekeeping staffs though, I requested for my room to be cleaned up and they done it in front of me within 5 minutes.

hotel location is very good right in the city and close to batam center.. the room was absolutly good and the facilities.. breakfast was fantastic. with some nusantara indonesia delicacy it is good

Big spacious room and bathroom with Smart TV. Exceptionally caring and helpful staff that went out of their way to help me when I was unwell during our stay.

It is beautifully located where you can easily enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The hotel and facilities are brand new, and smartly and pleasantly designed. The staff are genuine in wanting to make the guest’s stay a delightful and comfortable experience. They are always warm, hospitable and attentive.
