Aglow Hotel Harbour Bay truly made my Batam trip memorable! From the warm hospitality at check-in to the spacious, comfortable room, everything felt effortless. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of choices, and I really appreciated the low deposit and affordable room extension fee. Being able to walk to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal was a huge bonus, especially for ferry travelers. It’s rare to find a hotel that offers great service, comfort, convenience, and excellent value all at once but Aglow Hotel delivered on all of them.

It's so pleasant to spend time with family. The staffs are so kind and helpful. Among them, Luthfi was the one who picked us up at the Sekupang ferry terminal and guided the best seafoods in town, shops. We were so lucky to meet him at the first place. He is so friendly. He was so helpful and gave us the best services. Our trip in Batam was so smooth and convenient because of him. I recommend Luthfi as a guide if anyone looking to stay there and wanna visit around the Batam.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re into mystery and ghost hotels, Hotel 01 Batam is your place! The atmosphere is incredibly mystical from the moment you arrive. And the highlight? Several times, in the middle of the night while I was sleeping, the sink faucet opened by itself. Never during the day — only late at night, in complete darkness, while I was asleep. 😂👻 For anyone looking for a real paranormal experience, this hotel is a must!

The staffs are very courteous and allowed me to check in way early than the usual time. The location of the hotel is quite far off from the bustling areas of Batu Aji. It's quiet in the day. Not much happening in and around the hotel.

We are truly glad that we chose Four Points by Sheraton Batam to celebrate our anniversary. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Location The hotel is conveniently located, with many nearby attractions, shopping malls, and local restaurants to explore. Cleanliness The hotel had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we entered. The rooms and corridors were very clean and well maintained. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Sapar, for his excellent service. Customer Service All the staff members were friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with warm smiles. They were attentive and willing to assist us promptly whenever needed. Guest Relations This was the highlight of our stay. We truly felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our time at the hotel. Every moment was enjoyable and memorable. Special thanks to Amel for the wonderful arrangements and care from the preparation stage until the end of our stay. Hotel Restaurant The restaurant was clean and cosy, and the food was absolutely marvellous, especially the local dishes. Our sincere thanks to the chef and the kitchen team for preparing such delicious meals for us. Overall, we had an amazing experience staying at Four Points by Sheraton Batam. Every staff member contributed to making our stay special and memorable. We will definitely choose Four Points again for our future visits to Batam and will highly recommend the hotel to our family and friends.

The private pool was great in the hot & humid weather and key reason we chose the property. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. While we did travel outside for one evening, a good choice of food & restaurants at the property.

Batam Center was a convenient and easy base for our quick trip. The area has everything you need within walking distance — malls, cafés, supermarkets, and plenty of local shops to explore. It’s busy but organised, with good transport links and a straightforward ferry terminal that makes arrivals and departures smooth. For a short stay, it’s practical, accessible, and hassle‑free.

Trip to Batam - It's a nice and relaxing trip for family, just an hour ferry from Singapore. KTM Resort - Relaxing short trip, in-house spa, friendly staff. Batam Zoo - What an experience to visit the zoo....if you like to pet/feed the animals. Dining Outlets - It's definitely worth it!

The Harbour Bay area has many good restaurants for quiet evenings alone. It is not far from the Nagoya Hill mall which is great for shopping. For relaxation, Eska Spa at the ferry terminal is very professional.

Nearby Nongsa beach but the beach is not clean.. the villa house we stay is just nice for a group of 6. But the house seems not been occupied for long, as it smells once you enter, the floor also not so clean. The aircon is not cold

There are so many interesting places to visit that we simply didn’t have enough time to explore them all! 😍 The exchange rate from Ringgit to Rupiah was also really good, making shopping even more enjoyable. 💸🛍️ Shopping was definitely one of the highlights — so many choices and great prices! We had such a wonderful time and would love to come back again to explore the places we missed. ❤️ Definitely worth visiting Batam if you love shopping, exploring, and getting more for your Ringgit!

Nagoya Shopping Mall is full of perhaps nothing else that cheap imitations… if that’s what you are keen for. But once you venture around the fringes of Nagoya that’s where the attractions are … the simple local fare and stores are a delight

Nongsa is a nice place to visit, I stayed at Turi Beach...

Nongsa is a nice place to visit, I stayed at Turi Beach Resort. The only downside is the ferry terminal being inefficient and slow. We used a taxi and shuttle bus and stayed at the resort. If staying at a resort, check for a free shuttle bus first.
