Staffs from front desk to back of house like kitchen were all friendly and nice especially Rima. The hotel has all the facilities including in-house massage, billiard pool, bbq buffet, swimming pool and live music(Saturdays). We stayed in, only went out for shopping 3hrs. Good getaway in a quiet, far location from city.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Harris Resort Barelang Batam, and it was truly a lovely experience from start to finish. The resort has a beautiful and spacious campus surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful, refreshing, and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was very well organized, and the overall environment was warm, welcoming, and family-friendly. A special mention to Febrian and all the wonderful staff at the canteen, reception, and housekeeping. Everyone was extremely helpful, respectful, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. I visited with my 7-year-old daughter, and she absolutely loved it! She enjoyed the resort, the surroundings, and the overall experience so much. It was wonderful to see her having such a great time. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we were very happy with the overall value for our stay. The cleanliness, quiet surroundings, room comfort, and amenities were all excellent. It was a very pleasant place to relax after a day of exploring Batam. Overall, we had a very lovely, comfortable, and memorable stay. The beautiful lush-green campus, excellent hospitality, cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and helpful staff made our 5-night stay truly enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team at Harris Resort Barelang Batam, especially Febrian and all the staff at the canteen, reception, and housekeeping, for making our stay so special. We would definitely love to come back again! ❤️

Aglow Hotel Harbour Bay truly made my Batam trip memorable! From the warm hospitality at check-in to the spacious, comfortable room, everything felt effortless. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of choices, and I really appreciated the low deposit and affordable room extension fee. Being able to walk to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal was a huge bonus, especially for ferry travelers. It’s rare to find a hotel that offers great service, comfort, convenience, and excellent value all at once but Aglow Hotel delivered on all of them.
