I have been to the Island of The Gods more than 20 times.
I have been to the Island of The Gods more than 20 times. Covered North, South, East and Central. Most part of Bali whether Ubud, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Kintamani is over-touristy. The differences between "suburbs" is very subtle they all offer the same food and shopping they really just attract different kinds of people and scale of whats on offer. Seminyak has a number of high end hotels on its beach front and the shops and restuarants didnt feel quite as dispersed as in other areas. No matter where yu stay on this coast distance to beach makes a big difference as it is the main draw card for all of these areas.LisaNew Zealand - Scored 1010

Centrally located to everything. Maximum 20 minute walk in any direction to great restaurants and day spas. Plenty of cabs and bikes if you don’t want to walk. Footpaths are very narrow and/or uneven so not great for prams or the elderly as you end up walking on the road.

Thank you Courtyard Marriot for such an amazing experience. We have stayed in hotels worldwide but this hotel was the best. The customer service , cleanliness and staff were amazing. The Seminyak staff made our stay memorable and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. A special thanks to Pebri, Monica, Maria, Chika, Lician, Didi , Dhika, Arini , Ayu, Oka and the fantastic kitchen staff, Arya at the concierge service was always there to help and with advice and directions. Special mention to our amazing room attendant Rah Oko who was always obliging. The location was perfect in the heart of the shopping area, markets and 50m from the lovely Seminyak beach.
