Western breakfast, close to the airport and staff were friendly and can speak good English.

Food, friendly staff, spacious and clean bedroom with complete amenities. The only downside was the in room refrigerator was not cool enough but other than that everything exceeds expectation!! 👍👍👍

It was the most amazing and relaxing stay. The rooms are very clean, everyday tidy up. The pool is so sunny and the water there is so so crystal. The people from the reception, from the housekeeping, from the restaurant, from the garden, from the parking all of them were incredible and very helpful and polite. We recommend staying in this beautiful hotel and will go again very soon for sure.

Great place to stay. I walked from the airport as I only had a small suitcase. It might be better to download the grab app and take a bike or taxi. Staff were very pleasant upon check-in. When I entered the room it was larger than I expected. A nice modern bathroom. Room was clean with clean linens and a proper small mini fridge which was highly appreciated. Wifi worked well, TV has limited channels and there is a kettle, along with complimentary water, as well as coffee and tea. Windows are small but that was not an issue for me. Restaurant prices are the normal prices you would pay in a hotel. I would suggest going to the local Mie Gacoan Dewi Sri, down the road. It is a 20 minute walk or a cheap grab bike ride to get there. You can get noodles and a Thai ice tea for 20000 IDR, which is less than 2 dollars. My favourite place for ice tea and ice cream is MIXUE. The hotel has friendly staff at a reasonable price (I hope they do not change that). They kindly stored my luggage for me while I went to explore Bali for several days.

I have traveled many times and stayed in many hotels, but Four Points by Sheraton Kuta Bali is truly the BEST. The service is outstanding, the staff are incredibly friendly, and everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The breakfast is beyond excellent — top quality with a huge variety and the best coffee options I have ever seen in a hotel. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. One of the things I really appreciate is that they never charge extra for additional requests — they always help with a big smile and without asking for any extra money. This level of service is rare and truly amazing. The facilities are great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay unforgettable! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Solo traveler, this hotel was very clean and the roof top pool was wicked. Felt very safe here and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable, clean,modern facilities

The best place in Bali to come with small kids to Aquapark. In fact, you can spend 2 days in Aqupark, sleep a night in the good hotel and have for the whole family a good breakfast for the price of 1 hotel night.

I found stuff to be amazing the rooms to be very clean and comfortable, breakfast was always a great added value and the location is fantastic smack bang in the middle of Seminyak

Room was up-graded from Club-access 1 King to Club-access deluxe 1 King maybe due to Christmas holiday season. Breakfast and evening canape at the Grand Lounge was full of choice. The staff at the Lounge was very friendly, attentive and communicative.

Overall, a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect except for the flooring; it would be much better and cozier with carpets.

The hotel was in great area close to beaches! People were great always smiling and helpful! You literally have everything in the hotel! Great breakfast and a lot of places to chill! I would visit again Le Grande Bali!

The property is beautiful, the room has everything that you need and more! The shower has two different types of shower (ceiling one and normal) The pool is huge and crystal clear, and the pool bar was amazing (the lychee shots OMG) but the highlight is the warm and kind staff, everyone is amazingly kind and supportive. I never felt so loved before in a resort hahaha Thank you Linda, Reza, Daniel, and all trainees (they deserve to be part of the staff because they are amazing!) and big thanks for the lady staff who noticed that I was with many mosquito bites in my legs and she rushed to bring me a mosquito repellent without even asking!! 💕🙏 we are counting the days to go back!!

Perfect for when you are going to or from the airport. Comfy and convienient. I have stayed here multiple time over the years and it never dissapoints.

Location- near to the airport. We went on foot for our flight. Kind stuff. Good restaurant for dinner.
