The property is beautiful, the room has everything that you need and more! The shower has two different types of shower (ceiling one and normal) The pool is huge and crystal clear, and the pool bar was amazing (the lychee shots OMG) but the highlight is the warm and kind staff, everyone is amazingly kind and supportive. I never felt so loved before in a resort hahaha Thank you Linda, Reza, Daniel, and all trainees (they deserve to be part of the staff because they are amazing!) and big thanks for the lady staff who noticed that I was with many mosquito bites in my legs and she rushed to bring me a mosquito repellent without even asking!! 💕🙏 we are counting the days to go back!!

We initially planned to stay at the hotel for 10 days and then travel to different areas, but we liked it so much that we ended up staying at the hotel for a total of 3 weeks! And it was the right decision! We especially want to thank Mr. Vovan for the first-class service! Hospitality and attentiveness to our wishes were fulfilled by 101%! His exceptional commitment truly made our stay extraordinary. Thanks to assistant Lolita for her help throughout the vacation! Her kindness and efficiency ensured our experience was seamless and enjoyable. We've been to many places, but we've never seen such quality service anywhere else! The dedication and professionalism of the staff were second to none. Thanks to the beach men, especially Devi, for their attentiveness to guests! Their vigilance and warmth added to the comfort and enjoyment of our days by the sea. Thanks to the entire team working in the restaurant! We felt like we were part of a big family! The food was always superb, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Thanks to Nanik and Juan for the high-quality service at breakfast! Despite the high workload, the whole team worked amazingly fast! Mornings were always a joy thanks to their care and attention. Thanks to the pool bar team! Especially would like to highlight Yandi! Their creativity and energy made our poolside moments special. Thanks to trainer Yurip for cool yoga and Pilates workouts! Absolutely amazing!!! The facilities and location are fantastic. So quiet and peaceful yet it’s in walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. The staff are so helpful and kind. We had such a lovely stay here. The hotel itself is beautiful. The interior design is very cozy and aesthetic, and everything was spotless, including the room, pool, and all common areas. The location is perfect as well, only a 1–2 minute walk to the beach, which is great for swimming, and also very close to the center. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. If you have the chance, I also highly recommend talking with the owners. They are very friendly and gave us amazing recommendations that genuinely made our trip even better. The breakfast was delicious and very filling too. If I ever come back, I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was the huge variety of activities available throughout the day, which made every moment enjoyable and entertaining. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything at any time. We also loved the evening kids’ movie nights. The fact that you can buy popcorn and enjoy a real cinema-like experience made it even more special. This is one of those places where you genuinely feel that nothing is missing. Everything is thoughtfully organized to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. We can’t wait to come back in the future and create more wonderful memories here. Overall, an amazing hotel that we would happily recommend and look forward to visiting again!

Killer property, don't think just book it. Our one bedroom private pool villa was such a beautiful and clean property, such a cozy bed. Staff is excellent, such a nice hospitality, squeaky clean , pool was cleaned daily and such a nice one. Can't say enough, we were here for 1 week, this is in heart of canggu, got cheapest scooter rental via manager here, surf board are available for free( i used 9ft softtop). Excellent cafe, restaurant just minutes away, Beaches 5mins away

The best place in Bali to come with small kids to Aquapark. In fact, you can spend 2 days in Aqupark, sleep a night in the good hotel and have for the whole family a good breakfast for the price of 1 hotel night.

We love Bali but not fond of Kuta, too much of a party town for us. This doesn't mean it may not suit others looking for a party vibe but we would prefer Sanur or Ubud and will come back to explore other regions as well.

Busy and bustling-everything you expect Bali to be. Close enough but also removed slightly so a perfect mix. Not as much beach activity as Legian and Kuta, but everything else that you need is close by. So many restaurants to choose from !!!

Uluwatu is great if you're looking for beach days and general exploring. It was a bit far away from some of the bigger beach clubs but there are some beautiful beach bars there to experience too (but you must book for sunsets) Highlights for us were: Padang Padang beach ATV Bukit Sari Palmilla beach club Luwak coffee tasting experience Sukay tattoo parlour Gabets

We stayed 5 nights in the pererenan/ Canggu area.

We stayed 5 nights in the pererenan/ Canggu area. This felt like a safe area with good eating options and shops within walking distance. The main roads are crazy and not enjoyable walking, but you can take back paths and streets. It seemed busy, but no more than other places we stayed in Bali. Noah for $3 cocktails at happy hour and $5 burgers and Humbl for great acaia bowls.. more coffee places and catering to the Aussie market.

I like the quietness of Nusa Dua, insofar as you can wander...

I like the quietness of Nusa Dua, insofar as you can wander along the foothpath at the top of the beaches and have a nice long walk passing by all the beautiful resorts and wander out to promotories. If you don't mind walking, you can walk to Bali Collection in the evening for dinner and shopping from most of the hotels It sits within the hotel compounded area and is pedestrian only. It was a 2km walk from our hotel and we used to take a taxi back, or there is the shuttle bus. Outside of Bali Collection, which is very nice, you can walk along the main street (Jalan Pratama) which goes for miles. It's has an array of shops, restaurants, markets, business etc. But the traffic is busy and noisey and the pavements hard to navigate. Unfortunately, the locals often park mopeds and vehicles on the pavement making it difficult to get around. I think most people who stay in Nusa Dua are going for the 5 Star Resort experience, with lots of inclusions and if they want to go further afield they organise transport for sightseeing, as opposed to wandering the streets. If you're looking for a 'local' experience I personally recommend Sanur over Nusa Dua.

Legian has a good vibe about it with plenty to do, lovely beach can sit and relax with lots of eating places ,fabulous sunsets, lots of great bars/restaurants around something to do weather you want lively or quiet. Lots of good places to go shopping have Massages or sit back at your hotel relaxing by the pool feeling like your a million miles away from everything as once in hotel no matter how close to main streets you can't here or see it. 😊

Easy to get anywhere with a GRAB (same as Uber) and incredibly cheap ... a few dollars gets you just about anywhere. We used Grab almost all the time. Our teenage kids loved the GRAB scooters :)

We were in a good location from everything we wanted to do🤔🤔 We ate at many restaurants in the area. I got to watch the AFL and NRL games at Rama Garden bar and Restaurant. The seafood there was very good and freshly cooked.

We were there for dentil work because it is not a place for...

We were there for dentil work because it is not a place for tourists really. Our hosts helped us find places to eat and organized a massage and adventure to Mount Batur when we had a bit of time up our sleeve. It was great to see the real Balinese lifestyle and the accommodation is a little piece of paradise.

Kuta has eating places and shopping in the roads leading to the beach. Traffic is one way only along the beach road and usually busy. Also has major shopping centre called beach walk where you can get nearly anything. Some nice accommodation and restaurants along beachfront
