The room was sparkling clean, from the bed sheets to the toilet. AC worked perfectly. They have thick curtains to avoid any light so the room can be quite dark for good sleep. the hotel is located in a narrow alley so it’s not noisy at all, but still close to airport (5 mins by car). There’s a pool and a dining area to chill. Breakfast is included and you can also order delivery food. I booked this hotel for 1 night in Bali before I took another flight but I could perfectly stay here longer. They can help you book a massage directly on your room for a very good price. Loved this place!

Ngurah Rai International Airport offers easy access to Bali’s southern tourist spots, and is just 2 miles (3 kilometres) from Kuta’s resort centre and 8 miles (13 kilometres) from Denpasar. A taxi will take around 35 minutes to reach Denpasar and cost about IDR 125,000, while a taxi to Kuta costs around IDR 80,000.

We like to stay in Legian as you are in the middle between...

We like to stay in Legian as you are in the middle between Kuta and Semi. We can walk either way but still be in a quieter area. Shopping and food outlets are plenty. Beach has the amazing views to watch the sunset and see the planes flying in the distance. The beach pathway is great too. We do a lot of walking for sight seeing. Visit Discovery and Bali Gali centres.

Just the right balance between local and tourist.

Just the right balance between local and tourist. Nice and quiet but all the shops you need are within walking distance. Easy to get anywhere with a GRAB (same as Uber) and incredibly cheap ... a few dollars gets you just about anywhere. We used Grab almost all the time. Our teenage kids loved the GRAB scooters :)

It was an amazing experience.

It was an amazing experience. Everything was quite central, and scooters made places easy to get to. Was very busy. I did find the shop people some to be quite pushy but that is expected. The beach was beautiful and the sunset was something unimaginable. I will definitely be visiting again.

Great city to explore... wish we would have had more time to...

Great city to explore... wish we would have had more time to look around. Everyone we met or talked to were very friendly and kind. Highly recommend. Be prepared to spend time in a vehicle as the traffic is a challenge at best. We went to one of the local malls, enjoying it immensely.

As a frequent visitor to Kuta, I have observed a significant change in the retail landscape since the COVID-19 pandemic. Many surfing brand outlets that were once prevalent in Legian are no longer present. Therefore, for individuals seeking surfing brands, this area may no longer offer the extensive selection it once did, particularly after a seven-year hiatus.

I've been to Bali a few times now. Really enjoy the weather.

I've been to Bali a few times now. Really enjoy the weather. Kuta has Plenty of good restaurants, bars and entertainment around like the Jamie Oliver Kitchen, Santorini Greek Restaurant, Hard Rock Hotel or shopping at Beachwalk Shopping Centre and Waterbom is a great day out for the whole family with a swim up bar for mum and dad whilst the kids are making the most of the slides etc. It's so easy to order a Grab (just like Uber) or a bluebird taxi to easily get around if you don't feel like walking.) I suggest that you put the Grab App on your phone before you leave home. No need to add credit card, just pay driver cash at the end of your trip plus a small tip. Hubby liked visiting the MR DIY shop next to IKEA (note the MR DIY shop is huge compared to their really tiny IKEA shop LOL.)

Busy and touristy but easy to find hidden gems with lots of charm. I recommend getting off main roads, go up arcades to find small cafes. Ask locals for their restaurants recommendations. Visit the beach bars (guys on the beach selling beers and coconuts). Download Bluebird app for easy and cheap taxis

It was easy to get around but little to do nearby. A great turtle conservation centre that will keep most people occupied for up to an hour. It's very easy to get to the ports - one of the best port experiences I've had in Bali where you aren't overwhelmed by people trying to / demanding they order you taxis or sell you things.

The hotel’s location right at DPS Airport makes it incredibly convenient, especially for late-night arrivals like ours at 00:20. We really appreciated that it was still open for drinks and food, which made our arrival much more comfortable. The hotel’s views are spectacular and the staff are super friendly.
