Loved the staff, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and the breakfast was the best value for money I have seen in a very long time. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back

My love to you remain the same Santika. Spacious, Clean and I got the right vibes since day one. I’m quite particular for the bathroom area and Santika is always exceed my expectations. I didn’t mean to be superstitious but I’ve been in a many hotels and I sometimes get this eerie feelings when something isn’t right with the room. The room I stayed it gives me nothing other than COMFORT. I had a deep sleep even it’s just 5 hours. Keep it up Santika. Keeping the good vibes among the staff… shall I say family? See you all again in the near future.

Will stay at Grand Mercure again when return to Batam

pool, cleanliness, staff attentiveness

Perfect.. just add on more choices for breakfast will be good

I loved staying here! The house was very clean and had a pleasant smell. The sea view was absolutely stunning, and the facilities were excellent. If I come back again, I will definitely book this place again.

They provide baby cot as per my request, and it was clean and ready to use for my baby. The room is very convenient for travelling with baby as it is quite spacious and also there is a kitchen that i can use to prepare baby food, they also provide kitchen utensils. Breakfast was great, hospitality is great. Didnt check out the swimming pool. Staying at the apartment is value for money as you get the wyndham hotel facilities and breakfast. Would recommend to pick the forest view room, its amazing

My stay at the Hapdesko homestay was fantastic, thanks to the friendly host, Mr. Yoga. The rooms were spotless, and the location was convenient. Mr. Yoga also offered transportation in his car, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions in Batam. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

"No words too Good👍🏻"

Near to nagoya hill and batam center terminal

Clean and tidy love the breakfast buffet

It was convenient, clean, friendly and helpful staff and it’s 7 minutes to Nagoya Hill Mall.

Good bar. Great massage service. Clean and spacious rooms.

Great location especially for Singaporeans who want a one-stop location that is walking distance to Batam's best mall (so far) and spas. The breakfast spread for Ramadan was definitely sufficient and the buffet for Iftar was excellent.
