Everything was taken care of by the highly attentive personnel - special shoutout to Tân who was always one step ahead on ensuring a smooth experience. If you have the chance, the yoga class with Ms Hue is highly recommended!

Staff are all friendly and the food is excellent and so are all services in general. Our room was very spacious and we had a beautiful view. We had a personal butler and she was fantastic.

The staff was attentive and welcoming. The team worked really hard to provide great service, especially with the gluten free food for my celiac husband. You must order the passionfruit brûlée! Best desert ever! They also bake their own delicious gluten free bread.
