I love when hotels put in the time to invest in the little things that matter the most??? And The staff at the front was SO accommodating and sweet! I adore them please give them a raise! Amazing beautiful souls!

It is characterful in all the right ways and absolutely none of the wrong ways you sometimes get at ‘Victorian’ B&Bs. Friendly and attentive hosts Michael and Gerald made us feel very welcome in their home but gave us appropriate distance and freedoms. The room was superbly comfortable. Breakfast was great fun and a delightful feast. Good location - a short and pleasant walk into the historic centre. Ok - it ain’t cheap. But we’d return in a heartbeat. Just book this place. You will not regret it. Memorably excellent.
