So I read lots of reviews before choosing the Bell Inn. I was arriving from Canada that day and needed on site parking, breakfast included and Wifi for a work call, as well as a comfy room. So I emailed Lyndsay beforehand to check on WiFi access and she was super responsive to talk through my needs. Not long after I checked in, she came up to let me know there was an unexpected children's party happening in the area under my window and wanted to check if the noise was a problem -all was well, it wasn't noisy and my call was later when the party ended . I appreciated her thoughtfulness though. Room 5 was nicely decorated and super clean. I had everything - I needed, towels fluffy, . the bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. Foodwise also a hit. Breakfast was very good - the usual cereal buffet, juices, croissants, hot 'Full English' unlimited tea and coffee and but the star of the menu for me was the Caesar Salad I had in the bar for dinner was amazing - hot juicy chicken and perfectly boiled warm egg made it a salad to remember. Staff were all friendly and helpful, Lindsay clearly role models great service. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would stay there again.

We were delighted with all the offerings at the property. From the thoughtful provision of complimentary tea, coffee, and even decaffeinated tea, to the inclusion of cling film and foil, along with other cooking utensils that made cleanup effortless. The place felt incredibly fresh, almost as if it had just been constructed, and immediately felt like a cozy home away from home. Situated in a serene cul-de-sac within a prestigious neighborhood, with convenient off-road parking, everything one might need is right at hand. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our stay, especially when we encountered difficulty booking through other platforms. The interior was beautifully decorated to a high standard, and we're already planning our return visit. I've enthusiastically recommended the 3-bedroom house to friends and family, confident they'll treat it with the same care as their own. While we stayed as a couple, the two additional spacious double rooms make it perfect for a weekend getaway with friends, accommodating up to six people comfortably. It's the kind of place where you naturally want to unwind and respect the peaceful ambiance. Our intention was simply to relax and enjoy the impressive decor, and we even ventured out in the morning to explore the local cattle market. Highly recommend!

Apartment was very tastefully decorated, comfortable, warm, lovely comfortable beds and great bathroom and everything very clean. Very central with easy access to all the sites to see in Worcester and for lovely river walks along the Severn. Also if weather is not so good there is a cinema just a few doors along if you want to escape from the rain. Well positioned with loads of places to eat and drink but if you really want to cook in the apartment there all the facilities you would need and small supermarket a couple of minutes from the apartment to buy any supplies. Host easily contactable and helpful. Would stay again.
