The staff/owners were very friendly, observant, knowledgeable, caring, respectful and on point with everything concerning my stay. Everything was explained before finalizing checking in as well as checking out. The breakfast was great. My only suggestion is that they have more local bush teas to offer for breakfast. I will most definitely recommend this guest house to my family and friends who visit Dominica. I appreciate them very very much. Blessing to them and continued success in their business

The apartment is well appointed with everything you need. It is spotlessly clean; it has a large comfortable bed; the AC is very quiet and the small terrace is a welcome outside space. The hosts, Swin and Annette, made us so welcome and they were very helpful when we asked for advice about restaurants and places to go to. Dominica is a beautiful island and we would certainly rent this apartment if we visited again.

Location was perfect as we had easy access to the capital for business, Mero beach was close by and interesting places to visit such as the Trafalgar falls. Perhaps a quick note to customers detailing where they could find amenities such as laundry service, closest supermarket or some nice local restaurant within the area will improve the overall experience of vacationers to Dominica.

We had a wonderfull time in Cozy Vacation retreat! Lessie and his wife were full of kindness, had an Amazing sense of hospitality and had a lot of good tips to visit the Island. The place was very clean, cosy with a good atmosphere in. I definetly recomanded this place if you want to have a good Time in Dominica. Certainly one of the best appartment i've been.

Nina and her family welcomed me to Dominica like I was a Dominican returning home for the creole festival. She invited me to join her family for brunch on the Friday. The Dominican brunch was delicious. I really felt like I was with family.

We ended up booking a room here after a ferry mix-up meant we had an extra day in Dominica. We had already returned our rental car so we chose a hotel within walking distance from the port (500m). Beautiful room and pool. Friendly staff.

This is a family owned business and they are very friendly. It felt like home. Megiel was super nice and took me around Dominica and I got to meet very nice people. The homemade food is lovely and access to the thermal baths is a plus.

Great location. Attentive and helpful staff and owners. We had breakfast and evening meal on site to taste real Dominica - very good.

Breakfast was really good plenty to eat and well presented. Staff really helpful and choice was good. all other meals we had were excellent .The staff work really hard nothing was too much for them they make this hotel a pleasant experience .
