The staff were lovely and in particular Joe who didn't miss a beat when we arrived late to check in (he was in the middle of serving a full restaurant) Joe was back on hand to take our order and serve breakfast with the same polite enthusiasm he showed the evening before.

Our stay was superb, mainly down to Doug who is worth his weight in gold. The cocktail master class was such a giggle and we learnt so much, the dinner was superb (the cooks clearly know their stuff) and breakfast topped it off. The room and views were out of this world.
