The hotel is a paradise for children and, consequently, for their families. The facility is beautiful and has a low impact on the surrounding landscape while respecting the land (as opposed to the mega buildings you see along the road). The rooms are very spacious and perfect for families. The beach is accessible on foot, and the reef is incredibly accessible directly from the beach. This feature is the gem of this resort because it allows children access to this wonder. The staff at the beach were very attentive to environmental preservation (unfortunately, many guests are not environmentally educated, and the staff must always supervise). The food at the buffet is perfect for children, simple and of good quality (If you are looking for something more complex, you might want to make a reservation at one of the restaurants. Unfortunately, we could only try two because the children always wanted to be at the buffet). Needless to say, the water play part is perfect. The staff is always very friendly, but a special mention goes to Mohamed Fahmy, who welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. We all look forward to coming back.

I was in a master suite in the adults-only part of Cleopatra. It was a huge apartment, with two balconies overlooking the sea, a very good view. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have slept in. The adults-only part is quite exclusive with it's own sheltered pool area which is quite a sun trap, so you will not be hassled by anyone trying to sell you anything, there is also a reserved beach area with the dive club right there next door. The staff are smartly dressed, exceptionally friendly and professional. Food is served exclusively for the adults-only guests at a beach-front restaurant which is very nice all times of the day, but especially during the evening when the staff put on different themes. It's not an open buffet sort of place, your dishes are served up by chefs, so it's all to a high quality, fresh and hygenic. I was all-inclusive and you are still allowed to go and use the rest of the hotel, which is well worth it because it looks far nicer than it does in the photos! Overall it's a very well run hotel in an impressive large complex. The staff all seemed to take their jobs seriously and seemed happy. They told me the man who owns the hotel pays them well and looks after them. Guests were mostly German speaking when I went, but all very nice, which contributed to a great relaxed holiday atmosphere. If you want to go somewhere for the pure sun and sea experience in a place which feels very high quality then you can't go wrong with this place.

We absolutely loved our stay in this chalet. It is absolutely beautiful here, the chalet itself has everything you might need. There is a cool and inviting living area with aircon, a fan, tv, table, chairs, bean bags and settee. Kitchen has all cooking facilities and a fridge/freezer. Bathroom with shower and also a washing machine. Bedroom with aircon, fan, super comfy bed. Outside is a bbq area with table and chairs. The resort here is amazing, pools are fabulous, snorkelling is outstanding, there is a long jetty into the beach from where you can swim alongside the reef. The atmosphere here is totally holiday. Whilst staying in the chalet you are able to use all of the resort facilities - pools, clubs, jetty, beaches whilst doing so at a fraction of the price of booking direct. We came in a taxi armed with shopping supplies and it all worked perfectly. There are a few shops but mostly giftshops, al few also sell water, fizzy, biscuits and crisps but all at very inflated prices. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. We hope to come back and will stay longer next time.

Great price, nice owner, excellent location, beautiful corals what else do you need.? Rooms are a bit run down but its not an issue considering the facts written above.
