in the bathroom no space to leave your cosmetic bag ,in the room no place to leave your second luggage (as ita was a double room )

the location was perfect, the food was delicious but the room had the very basic things and it had a useless ugly kitchen big for the dimensions of the room !!! The doors were so heavy ,so when somebody was leaving the room ,all the floor was awaken from the "bam" of the door.... decoration was nice and the staff very kind and helpful .The price for what they offered is high

We really didn't have any issues. If forced into a response, perhaps a newer room entry system that doesn't require a physical key.

We really liked this hotel, the location was a little hard to find, but very convenient to Las Ramblas area and other sights in Barcelona. The decor is very "60s" and cool.

A little bit of a leaky toilet (it ran all the time) but it was not really an issue if I closed the bathroom door.

Exceptional location to all attractions, the port, restaurants and transport. The staff were welcoming and accommodated an early check in. I was also upgraded without asking for it which was a lovely surprise.

Smallish room, although well arranged to make the most of its compactness.

Great location just off LaRambla. All staff members were so helpful, especially Joe. Comfortable bedding and mattress . Good room to catch up on sleep from jet lag/time change.

I was on level 1 and there was quite a bit of street noise. Not loud enough to wake me up, but made it hard to go to sleep at times. No English tv channels - might seem like a small thing, but not sure why BBC or CNN news not available at least.

Location was fantastic. So close to shops, restaurants and an easy 30 min walk to most places I wanted to go. Basic room but had everything I needed. Breakfasts were good, great coffee! Friendly and helpful staff.

the size of the room was perfect with the small kitchen, around the hotel isn't bad isn't good, BUT you aren't on the touristic and noises places and it's BIG POSITIVE POINT. the bar was perfect also for the breakfast, maybe miss some tables.

The room and bathroom were not very clean. Eveam after the service there where spots on the bathroom sink and toilet. We cleand them with wet wipes . You have to have slippers (not provided) because if you have white socks they will get dirty.

I felt a little too noisy, during my first night people were shouting in the street just beside my room. I could listen other guests talking or walking. However, the second night everything was calmed around.

Location is really good. I was for business and my meetings were in WTC, it was just a 15 walk, which made it really good. I liked the decoration of the lobby, super chill for spending some time there.

I did not like the location of the entrance to the hotel, because it made it impossible for a taxi to approach. I also didn't like the breakfast - there were no vegetables

Location was a little bit suspect. It is in a very dark alley among other dark alleys, which did not make me feel safe walking around late at night.

The photos of the room I booked, completely different, like 2 different hotels and it was really terrible. After complaining I got another room and it was better. The hotel has a parking lot only for a very small car but I didn't find any information before.

The atmosphere end the breakfast were good. Not far away from center.

The air conditioning was not working (it was set to the hotel timer which does not operate until April) which made for an uncomfortable first night. (On the second and third nights of our stay we were provided with a fan which helped cool the room). The area in which the hotel was located was noisy pretty much throughout the night.

The hotel is located close to La Ramblas and the waterfront which was very convenient for walking and exploring the areas. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
