Breakfast was poor, many times during the week some of the options were run out till 08.30 even though the breakdast was till 10 or 10.30.

Room was ok, the size of the bed was a bit smaller than expected. Location of the hotel was nice.

Not a lot to do within walking distance and being woken up early by tractor on the beach and workmen repairing roads and walkways ( not the fault of the hotel)

Our sea view room with 2 beds was ideal,hotel was spotless and staff were very nice. IM IN THE PROCESS of booking same DIAMAR HOTEL FOR a second stay at end of April.

Breakfast was bad - skip that. Asking for cancellation/refund in force major event (missing flight due to passport issue) - hotel rejected refund option and it was difficult to reach the administration via phone. Construction work nearby and beach automobile beeps/honks in early morning was a bit annoying. A bit pricey for what you get, but given options at Lanzarote it was best value/money (nearby ocean with "sea view") that I could find.

Dinner was good - could recommend. There some issue with canceling reservation (after missing a flight), but after arriving one day later we found compromise to cover the cost. Sea view was good. Beach is fine. Calm place to stay. Cleaning everyday.

The noise that chairs make when you move them, you hear the chairs in other rooms too! All it's needed is rubber pieces under the legs and it makes a BIG difference The mattress is getting a bit old, in my opinion. I do like quite firm mattresses. It's best to have an extra chair and a few more hangers in the room

Better towels they were small and a little threadbare

The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location central. We had a room with a sea view which we would recommend. Did not eat at hotel as we consider going out for meals as part of the enjoyment of a holiday.

The location to town beach and bus stop. We had a city view room with air conditioning. Cleaning was daily. Breakfast was good . Luggage storage on last day . Tours were available and on reflection not much dearer than doing it yourself by public transport. We chose Arrecife to be in a less tourist orientated resort

The doors to each room had a tendency to slam shut and some people just couldn't seem to adjust for that. I didn't hear anything from the other rooms (apart from slamming doors) but I tend to sleep soundly. Don't rely on a bus from the cambriador to get to the airport - go to the main bus station. There are two timetables at the bus junction near the beach which are completely out of date. Check times on-line and go to the main bus station. That staff at the bus junction don't give a monkeys and haven't a clue.

very good size room & very clean. Good location, right by main beach, not far from old town etc and good walk to the main bus station. We were at the back of the building facing the town with a nice view to the mountains. We didn't notice much road noise but we were on 6th floor. There is an inner courtyard with rooms around it which looks fine too (i.e. there isn't an air-conditioning unit in there making noise all night). The door swipe system for our room failed after a few days but they got it fixed in no time.

There is no daylight in the room. The only window overlooks the hallway. The sea is not very suitable for swimming. At least at low tide, the water is very low, and the pesky rocks are not clearly visible on the bottom. There are very few (good) bars nearby. There are almost no tourist attractions within walking distance.

The location is fine, right across the street to the beach. There is a larger bus stop 5 minutes away. Wi-fi works excellently for a video as well. The rooms are clean and tidy every day.

Our room didn’t have a window :( maybe I booked it that way without realising but I don’t think it said anything about it when I booked. Maybe that’s good for summer when it’s roasting and you just use air con but the room got very stuffy at night

Friendliness and position of the hotel was wonderful. A big thank you to the maids who clean the rooms - they don't always get noticed but they do a great job towards a good stay at a hotel, This hotel exceeded our expectations.

The noise from the major long term road works. The service at the café a bit hit and miss.

Likes, the location. The fact it wasn't a tourist hotel. The laid back approach of the hotel. The cleaning of the room. It all suited my needs.

The food was average, but because i am allergic to some things, i couldn't really eat there, as there were no labels on what was in the food. If you get a sea view, ask for a room on the upper floors, or the street lights can keep you awake.

It's worth paying extra for the sea views. I spent many a night sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. A beautiful hotel with good facilities. Close to bus station and across the road from a nice beach.
