A great place to stay in for a beach holiday.

Rooms have seen some wear and tear. Walls are thin and not soundproofed. One can hear everything that is going on in the hallway or in neighbouring rooms.

It is so close to the ocean and the beach! The staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel has everything one needs to have a great stay! The property has two big pools and sun terraces.

Everything was great, we arrived late in the evening but they had a cold meal because we missed dinner, also we were allowed to stay late after checking out and had lunch before leaving for the airport. Staff was great, comfortable beds, pool/sea view room, lots and lots of food/drinks, three swimming pools, lots of sunbeds, beach just across the road. We'll definitely come back! Thank you!

No fridge or safe in the rooms. Steep steps to get up to restaurants snd shops would be difficult for mobility issues

The memory foam pillow was not at all comfortable - too thick for sleeping on the back. Pool towels are extra cost per day, and so is the safe box (really! They have put in the room the note, that the hotel doesn't take responsibility for your valuables, but safe box is extra cost...). Bed linen are dated, with small wholes at places

2-3* hotel with basic room setting. Friendly staff at reception. Plenty of various food in the restaurant. Fresh salads and fish for those who want to eat light and healthy, but also pizza and pasta if you are into carbs. Quick access to the promenade and the beach, close to the bus station, but in a quiet area. With some luck, you can also park on the street and save on the hotel parking.

The rooms were a little small and furniture is old but functional. We had dried paint in the bath which didn’t affect us using it but didn’t give the best impression.

Not very many beds, umbrellas not able to move or put down so had to move the sun loungers a lot to get out the shade. Evening entertainment a bit boring.

Food good and crafts of wine is a nice touch. room nice and big and beds were comfy. pool lovely the soothing music after lunch helped with the afternoon nap

Cocktails were premixed and tasted artificial but no worries the wine and cava were good . A drinks list for the all inclusive would have been helpful

Welcoming hotel with excellent all inclusive. Food was delicious, plentiful and varied. Very comfortable beds and pillows, slept soundly. Entertainment every evening at 9pm . Quiet areas available if you prefer. Wish we could have stayed longer but the waistline is thankful !Towels for pool were free to hire for a deposit. Lovely location for walking along the promenade and across the dunes to Maspalomas Faro ( the lighthouse and museum)

Need to wake up early to get sunbed at the pool. As well room is kinda “oldish”, not as modern as for example restaurant

Great location, close to the ocean, plenty of food to choose from. Very comfortable bed. For some people it’s advantage, for some disadvantage, but you won’t find too many young people here

If you’re British, steer clear of the bacon and sausage at breakfast. They have the HP sauce, but very sadly the bacon and sausage are nowhere near the standard you will be used to. An easy fix for the hotel. The hotel offers ‘late checkout’ for a fee. Unfortunately, the reception staff can’t be bothered to manage this. This is a big disappointment and left a nasty taste in our mouths at the end of a very good stay otherwise. We asked for a slightly delayed checkout from 11.00am to 2pm which was advertised for a 20 Euros fee. They wouldn’t let us book this in advance. And then on the day they refused it instantly without even checking records or making any effort to check times and options. This is a huge hotel, with an army of room cleaning staff and many, many rooms. There is no excuse to delay a paid for late checkout service to 2pm when the check in time is 3pm. Particularly in a premium room where you have paid slightly more for the privilege. We were given a plate of fruit and chocolates in our room. A nice touch. But of limited value when you’re staying on an all inclusive basis. A late checkout would have been better! Management should easily be able to get the late checkout service in hand. Or should withdraw it to stop people from being disappointed just before they leave…We were offered a temporary room with a shower for a short period. But for a 3 hour delay, it just wouldn’t have been worth the hassle. Cocktails are outrageously poor - and it would be wrong to say on here what the Mojitos tasted of. Premium cocktails were available - at a fee… White and red wine also poor. Sangria drinkable.

Superb location. A premium room on the top floor, with sea view, is worth every penny. Excellent facilities. Three large pools with plenty of sun beds. Very comfortable beds in the premium rooms. Room good value, and of fair size. Very good food for the price, on an all inclusive basis. Impressed to see variability on a daily basis, with steak and monkfish on the menu - which was equally impressive. Steered clear of the ‘knob of pork’ as most other British guests seemed to for some reason… All inclusive drinks were average. Fine if sticking to beer in this hotel. Clean hotel, with well kept grounds. Efficient clearing service in the buffet restaurant. Worth booking. Overall, you’ll be hard pressed to get a more comfortable and well-located hotel for the price band.

Some of the meat wasn't cooked the right way. My partner got terrible food poisoning after having a burger at the pool bar. That made our vacation less fun. Also, our bathtub wasn't very clean. It seemed rusted and a bit old.

The meals were good. Lots of variety and really tasty. Our room was comfy as well and we loved the view! We also loved that the hotel had quite a number of pools, and was so close to the beach.

The bar staff were miserable (despite me always tipping) and for some reason they always half filled the glasses. It didn't mean I drank less, it just meant that I had to go to the bar more often, giving them more work to do. I asked for a large glass so many times and was given a small glass, making me request another small glass so what was the point??

Choice of food was very good. The hotel was clean and in good condition with lots amenities.

Wifi and internet is really bad, you get disconnected all the time. Superior room has no extra, my room was on the 5th floor (highest is 7th), balcony in the corner with sun from 7.30-10 am, bad wifi/ internet in the room.

Nice garden and poolbar in pool area. Food is quite ok. Bed was comfortable.

. I don't usually choose all inclusive and was impressed with the choice of food during our stay . All the staff were helpful.
