The bed and blanket were too small. The staff that checked me in was rude and even was shouting as he spoke as I didn't understand what he was saying.

-Although the bathroom was clean & basically functional, it was beyond ridiculously ackward to use being not much larger than a phone booth. - Wifi wasn't reliable

Clean room with comfortable bed. We appreciated having an electric kettle in the room. Room serviced each day - new linens, towels and even tea. Central downtown location with easy access to all the sites, shopping & restaurants. An easy 10 minute walk to buses & 25 minute walk to train station.

Finding the way into the nearby parking lot was a bit tricky (might need to nav that better.) On street parking is impossible.

Great location, easy to find. Great and ample breakfast. Very clean, comfortable enough to shake off the jet lag cobwebs and sleep. Very quiet.

I'm afraid I've been a little unlucky with towels because they were not so clean, but the receptionist change them and I resolved the problem. The bathroom is tiny.

Small hotel very close to the main cathedral. The room was clean, rather small (but in general good). The bed was big. Soupe is available in the shower. There was problem with hairdryer (so, if you need it, better to take small one with you). There is a kettle with tea/coofee/sugar/cups in the room.

we booked to arrive Sunday pm but there was no-one at reception we called and the guy came over to check us in but there was no apology for making us wait outside in the cold. Shower and toilet VERY tight

not much, really. If I wanted to criticize anything, I would point the size of the room which was small (it was sufficiently spacious for me).

The location is pretty good (cafés, cathedral, museums, restaurants and bars are within walking distance — most of them like 5-10 minutes away), the room was clean and was looked after every day, bed was comfortable and I was able to get a good night’s sleep after a long day.

It felt cheap, and the building is a maze. For half of the rooms you have to go out in the street and re-enter the building to have breakfast. The mattress was too soft for me. There are 2 dispensers in the shower, but it's a mystery as to what's in them.

It's fine if you need a last-minute crash pad, but I wouldn't pick this hotel for a holiday. The amenities are the kond of stuff we find in homes, which adds to a homely feeling ; no standardised "bathroom pod" etc.

A lot of stairs. no elevator. no air conditioning, room got a little stuffy without window open (autumn stay). Have previously stayed in Summer, that was pretty uncomfortable without aircon.
