breakfast area is small and if the hotel is full it would be a little cramped... no real reception area to sit.

ten minutes walk from Gard de Nord and two mins to metro poisonnaire restaurants and bars nearby but the road was quiet breakfast was continental as expected but clean and tidy lots of hot coffee

The room was small and since it was on the last floor, the ceiling was low at 1/5 of the room which made it even smaller. We were able to hear people from other rooms and there is some noise from the heating system when it's working.

The Hotel is near Gare du Nord and a Metro station. We arrived before the check-in time and we were able to leave our bags and go for a walk until the room was ready. We also left them after check-out. The staff was friendly and the rooms were getting cleaned every day.

The view was not appealing The sink was too big for the bathroom and there was some level of difficulty having to shuffle between the sink and the wall to use the toilet The hair dryer was awful - couldn’t use it as just not enough power at all Little noisey due to the room we were in.

The breakfast. I was in the same hotel last year and the breakfast was wonderful, with a selection of cheeses, but now there are only two kinds of cheese. The yogurt was out of date. The price of breakfast is too high (12 euros) for what is included in it.

Beds weren’t too comfortable, and the room was rather humid because there wasn’t an electric vent in the bathroom. Bathroom door had zero soundproofing. Rather loud noise in the morning from outside.

Location is great. Near metro with direct connection to Louvre. A lot of restaurants nearby including a great little bakery on the corner. Walking distance to Gare du nord too. Staff was helpful to store our bags before and after check in/out. Warm enough in the winter.

The room on Base Floor looked horrible on the first look. It does not have real heating, only AC!. However surprise, the bed was very comfortable ,breakfast, Location and staff lovely so it got some plus points

Excellent location close to the Gare du Nord and very close to the Poissonniere Metro station and local restaurants. Single room was comfortable with all amenities. I didn't stay for breakfast but the breakfast room was busy and the choice of items looked good. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay there again.

I was a bit alarmed, arriving back at the Hotel after 1pm, that I could not get access to the Hotel, Earlier the porter told me he would be there but it took him nearly 10 minutes to answer the bell. He seemed to be working in the restaurant next door and serving as night porter which struck me as a strange arrangement. On other nights, I got home earlier and there was no problem,.

The location was good for me close to the Eurostar Terminal - 10 mins walk - with good connections to the Opéra-Bastille, the Opéra Garnier and Théâtre des Champs Elysées, so it suited me well for this trip involving all three theatres.

The seals around the shower doors do not keep all of the water inside of the shower so you will easily have a puddle in the middle of the en suite floor if you don't have a towel on the floor to soak it up.

Room 2 on the ground floor was a big enough room by Paris standards and even the en suite had plenty of room. If you are looking at the photos I attached, the bed sheets were tidy when I entered the room. This photo was just after checking around for bed bugs due to recent problems across Paris, which I did not find any trace of during my stay.
