Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to keep us informed about a problem with the hot water. They gave us an extra duvet in case we were cold that night. Breakfast was as ordered and lovely. If only all hotels made people feel so welcome.

Fun fair over the road in the park, but did close after 6pm but did not spoil our stay.

We ate both nights in the restaurant and it was delicious, very well presented, we had the two course for £22 both nights and it was very good value. Breakfast was pre order which we did not mind and again really well presented and plenty of it.

Not so much a didn’t like but the room was very hot overnight and the shower temperature was very erratic!

Lovely building with nice features. Very welcoming staff. Clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful comfy large bed. On site parking. Lovely view of the park from the room. Breakfast was amazing.

My only thing would be the room was quite small and the toilet being just behind bathroom door felt like it wasn’t very private

I Can't fault or criticise this hotel at all. There is nothing to dislike about it.

Everything went well it was a very nice comfortable stay. All the staff were great and did a good job. Breakfast was excellent.

Nothing. It was all great. Maybe potholes in car park could be fixed.

Booked for parents to stay and I ate breakfast with them both mornings as they were visiting. Breakfast order handed in night before. Cooked to order for the time you want in the morning. Really really enjoyed the food fantastic choice of food Ate dinner in the evening as well food fantastic. Great choice. It was quiet at night. Staff very friendly and polite. Owner was lovely. A little gem. Just wish I could afford to pay for my parents to stay there more often

The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. There were lots of stairs to climb this way and that, but it was not a problem. The pre-ordered breakfast was good and on time. It is a 15 minute walk to the concert hall and city centre.

Beautifully clean and great ambiance. Room 104 was well appointed and bed super comfortable. Shower room good standard (forgot to inform staff on leaving, the light above the sink wasn’t working). Breakfast was really lovely, being greedy would have like 2 sausages lol. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

I'm unused to travelling on my own, but the warm welcome, comfy room, and cosy restaurant put me at ease, and the staff were also very friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a treat if I'm honest!

Nothing. They have thought of everything and go above and beyond to offer a great stay.

Everything - from the warm welcome when I arrived late due to train delays to food at the restaurant. Breakfast is plentiful -and fresh. (Highly recommend the omelette). The choice of evening meals was great - and I hadn't realised they would be so good. I had the salmon twice. The staff were really brilliant and extended such kindness that I had not expected. I would plan a trip back to Wolverhampton based on availability here.
