The hotel wasn't that far from West Kensington underground. I was nicely welcomed when I first arrived. My room was an upgrade on the lower ground floor with private bathroom and a very comfy bed which I slept well in. I was asked if I wanted breakfast but I decided to have a lie in instead. I certainly will be staying here again.

The room was a little bit small, but that was to be expected.

It was a lovely hotel in a really good area. The breakfast was good, all the areas in the hotel were clean. Quite modern equipment.

No lift, only stairs, and we were on the 3rd floor

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room had everything we needed for one night and a good walk in shower. Nice toiletries.

We didn't like the smell in the bathroom..unfortunately it's just due to plumbing but cannot fault the staff they were nice and the bedroom was nice too!

It was a very small room however but I'd say that isn't too bad considering I was solo traveling on this trip. Nothing else bad to say about it to be honest.

Nice staff, room was generally nice and very clean. Would recommend for 1 or 2 night solo stay. I didn't try any of the additional breakfast options but there was a nice little cafe down the road I recommend called Cafe Continente. ALSO really close to the station.

Wi-Fi not working.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights no thanks to the train strike. This hotel was a short walk from West Kensington underground. I was nicely welcomed when I first arrived. My single room was on the first floor with private bathroom and a very comfy bed which I slept well in both nights. There is breakfast available but I decided not too. I certainly will be staying here again.

The receptionist could have been more welcoming as Ive stayed here many of times now.

The controls for the air conditioning set in the rooms need to be repaired.

Breakfast is available at the location, but rather light. Coffee was decent and the breakfast serving area was nice and clean, situated in the garden of the hotel, where there is also a smoking area. The room was clean, but the central heating control in my room did not work and you had to call the reception to set the desired temperature. Location is very good, close to two underground stations that have a direct line to the centre - District Line and Picadilly. Also, a lot of shops, coffee shops and some pubs in the area, at a walking distance from the hotel. Staff was very nice.

I booked very last minute as I was at an event in London and needed somewhere to stay that night, but it was perfect - 24 hour reception meant I could check in very late after the event, room was small but comfortable and I didn't need anything more. Shower was great, water pressure really good! Great location, a quiet road and really easy to get to from the tube
