The restaurant staff were not very good and need retraining. We unfortunately has some very loud neighbours that kept us awake throughout the night.

Lovely food in the restaurant, the rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable, great showers too.

We both felt the pillows were all extremely hard and uncomfortable It would have been nice to have one soft and one firmer pillow to cater for all tastes There was no prepared fresh fruit for the breakfast buffet ( fruit in juice like grapefruit/ orange segments or raspberries/ strawberries) There were whole apples or bananas etc and all else was good .

It was a good central location The bedroom was spacious and very clean , nice white fresh bed linen The tea / coffee facilities were very well stocked as were the toiletries Staff were, without exception helpful and friendly. 😊 Thankyou

Stairs only to reach the second floor. Only an issue if you lug around too much stuff like me.

we visited when it was quite hot and humid and there was only 1 small window that could be opened. It was manageable, I bet most places would have been the same. Hardly any need for aircon in the UK!

Great location in Menai Bridge. The rooms were of a high standard. Great combination of food, drinks, room and location for our needs.

It was blistering hot in room. Really struggled to lift the window up for ventilation as its very tight in the frame

Door key didn’t work every day had to climb two flights of stairs to then having to come back down to reception sometimes twice a day to get a new key 🙁.Not good especially if your pensioners .

Evening meal not so good, starter was good but it took over a hour for main course to come to table while others whom came in after us were being served up their food ours eventually turned up cold. Such a shame because other than that it was a very nice experience.

2 nights we stayed in a room ..frosting had been put on the windows to obliterate the view over the kitchen flat roof ...we had to ask to be moved because of the extractor fan was right under the window and the fumes were particularly bad due to the volume of cooking the chefs had to do over a very very busy Easter.... we was moved with no problem at all ...staff very apologetic.....

Breakfast was excellent...3rd morning there must have been some sort of problem in the kitchen .. long wait and another couple got the wrong order ???

The noise from the bar could be heard very easily from my room and some of the guests were very loud well into the night.

The hotel was clean and room was well equipped and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I was able to access a simple breakfast from 7am as I needed to leave by 7.30am. The position of the hotel was accessible and easy to find - plenty of parking. I was able to go for a pleasant early morning walk.
