The room size was excellent particularly because of the price. There was also a good size bath. I also got a slice of yummy cake as it was my birthday! We would definitely stay here. Great price for London and an outstanding room!

Very luxurious hotel at the best location in London (very nice neighbourhood with many interesting places). All staff is very friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to the young brown-haired trainee who sent us to the wrong elevator but immediately followed us in the next elevator and apologised kindly and sent us the correct way (the interaction was funny and sweet). The room was VERY clean, luxurious, and well equipped. Though the windows were not openable (which is of course the case in most hotels) and I am very sensitive to non-fresh air, I got accustomed to the AC quickly and had no problem sleeping (in fact, I slept very well). The cold breakfast buffet is well balanced (cheese, ham, fruits, sweets, yoghurt, cereal, etc.) and the à la carte hot breakfast meals (one per person per day, duh) are very tasty. The ordered enhancement of the room (rose petals) was very nicely executed. We thank every one of the staff for their great work.

Everything was perfect. The room with a King side bed was very comfortable. We have been upgraded and received a voucher for free drink since it was my daughter's birthday. The hotel is very close to City Thameslink train station.

Cleanliness of room, brilliant location in London City (a 10min walk to St Pauls, 20mins to Covent Garden), lovely free welcome snacks on arrival which were topped up the following day again. Staff were also very friendly.

We opted for a breakfast at the hotel the following morning but felt that this was very over priced for what was on offer.

The hotel was in a fantastic location for what we were planning on doing in London. It was close to the train station and very easy to find. Very pleased with the room, it was very spacious and very clean. Amenities were great and bed very comfortable. We felt that the bar was very reasonably priced and very welcoming, we chose to spend both our evenings in the hotel bar.

Very little, it ticked all boxes for a short stay in London.

Good location not far to walk (15-20 mins) to hit the West End, Hotel was clean, modern, warm, rooms where lovely, Room was large, bed was large, lots of pillows. Staff booked us in quickly, stored our bags while we explored. Big green elephant at the front. The ducks ( if you know, you know )

Superlative hotel in the City of London. Great location, comfortable and spacious rooms, and great attention to detail. The breakfast - buffet plus a range of cooked options (not just the usual English breakfast but also eggs any way you like, porridge, etc) - was delicious.
