The breakfast room is often crowded and you might have to wait for a table. One of two guest lifts near reception was being repaired, which resulted in slight delays.

The room I had was a good size for London and well appointed. It must have been recently renovated as everything seemed quite new. Breakfast had great options, especially the Indian choices. The location is very good as it is near St James tube station and close to many iconic London landmarks. The staff are very friendly and always try to help. And I got a great rate, especially for a London hotel of this quality!!

Interior decor was beautiful. Very big and spacious. Hotel had a good smell there was piano playing in the background. Loved walking past the court area. Staff were very friendly and nice. Our room was upgraded which made us very happy.

I cannot think of any right now. My over all stay is pvery pleasant. We used their outdoor covered patio. Its also heated and even in the cold, rainy night we stayed there with our family just chatting about our daily walk around the city

I love everything about our stay. We stayed for 5 days. The staff are all very helpful and courteous. They upgraded us to the newly renovated bedroom, new bathroom tiles, everything new. We stayed at the Wellness building and the smell as you enter the building is just like a spa and relaxing. You know youre "home" as you enter the lobby

The vitality pool (jacuzzi) is semi-heated - much better than being cold of course... could have been warmer, but the wet and dry sauna were worth using for sure.

Excellent selection and the service was great. Nice view from glass pavilion. Mimosas while waiting to be seated. Great job all around. The staff friendliness couldn't be better.

While checking in at 10.30pm (after travelling for 8+ hours) was made to wait for 15-20 mins for the check in (when there was only one person ahead of me in the queue) as there was only one staff member.

We have stayed before, but we’re disappointed on this visit. On arrival and checkin, we were told ‘Happy Hour’ which was 6 to 7, (which we went to) were given a menu for drinks ‘allowed’ at Happy Hour……ordered the drinks, and then were told that our room was NOT included on the Happy Hour listing!! Very embarrassing!! Surely, the staff of such a prestigious hotel should have clarified if our room was eligible for this ‘offer’. Then, the drinks we did have, we had to carry out ourselves to the courtyard. Later in the evening, we did get a ‘waitress’ who was very good. But, overall, the staff didn’t appear to be available. On one occasion, we ordered a coffee, which was delivered in a plastic cup!! (A bit like Starbucks Take Away)

There was a water leak from the corridor outside our room, it took 15-hours from me reporting it to Maintenance turning up. Somebody could have slipped on the wet carpet, and you would be looking at a law suit. Bedroom needs a little "tidying", (Room 332). Paint splatters from decoration. Bath panel tired and needs replacing. Having one of the lifts out of action meant we often had to go from Lobby up to 7th, then travel back down again.

Breakfast - superb. Wonderful buffet selection. The location is perfect for a couple of days in London.
