Triple ‘club room’ was not great size, sofa bed very hard and uncomfortable plus very tiny bathroom

The staff was very good, Anistayia was on reception, everything ticked my boxes, ground floor room, good air conditioning, nice wet room, TV on good position on wall overall I was very pleased.

Bad sound insulation, creaky floor, window that is almost impossible to open, very stuffy in the room, ventilation does not work

The room could be cleaner. The room has a carpet on the floor which could be vacuumed at least once during my 6 night stay. The air conditioning didnt work, the room got really hot at night and opening small window didnt help at all.

It is one of the cheapest options in this part of London so I was not expecting any fireworks. More less all works, there is a window, a bed and a bathroom as expected :)

The room was small and the only thing I could fault in the room was the showers water pressure. Overall it was really good value for the price and location.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It's very close to shops and restaurants, with 2 tube stations in the area (Bayswater and Queensway).

The lifts are quiet slow, but one member of staff helped with that, the bathroom looked to me quiet new but the water pressure wasn’t very high and the shower head was a little dated but the rest of the bathroom was nice, the bed was a little hard but was ok, our bedroom window view was not great and a little messy

Great value considering the area, other hotels in the area are much more expensive. Nice friendly staff and didn’t have queues to wait in, we had luggage we were able to leave at the hotel in a secure location while we travelled London the next day. We had the cleaning staff tell us some tips, one told us the other lift to the room was quicker, I liked that little personal touch. Nice looked to be newer bathroom which was well stocked with things

Hotel operated booking.com account himself, you could pay in advance without fear of scam. Hotel reminds about 50£ security deposit which is fair enough!

Didn’t like this style of shower!

I decided to walk through Kensington Gardens and it wasn’t that far to the hotel. I was nicely welcomed when I first arrived. My double room on the fourth floor, so I got the lift. It had a comfy bed that I slept well in. There was breakfast available but I decided to have a lie in instead. I like the fact you can checkout at 12.

Our room was located not he basement it was small and smelt damp. Our window was located directly outside the service run possibly where staff would maybe take a break so there was alot of activity from 5am right through to maybe 11-12. Just no regard for people trying to sleep

The shower isn’t good enough. Poor water pressure AC isn’t functioning well at night, room gets warm after a while.

Value is good for a short vacation and the location is decent, close to metro.
