Electric kettle is slow. Clothes hook in bathroom would be useful

The room this time was much better, more spacious and with more options of table, sofa, wardrobe space. Bathroom was bigger and better. Breakfast was good and provided to order. Check in and check out was smooth as usual.

For some reason my toilet had a lid but no seat, I’ve no doubt this would have been rectified had I brought it to the hotel’s attention. On the plus side it did solve the eternal conundrum of “seat up or down” !

Staff all very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, warm and quiet, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Nothing perfect

I only stayed overnight as I was visiting a sick family member, Jo was so friendly and welcoming to me, the property had a real homely feeling,and was spotlessly clean, slept very well comfortably bed, breakfast in morning was lovely I couldn’t fault anything, definitely will stop again and hopefully longer when visiting family nearby.

I loved the homey feel of the place. Jo was so friendly & made us feel really welcome. Jo also gave us very useful information about the area and how to travel to both Liverpool and Chester. Breakfast was really good and get us going. Jo accommodated our request to have our breakfast packed as we had to leave early. The location of the hotel is great as it's only 5-10 minutes walk to the metro station. The area is nice and quite. The room was big in size and clean. We will return.

The Bebington was very homely and Jo, the host was absolutely lovely. She was friendly, and made me very much at home, as I was there due to a family members illness. The cooked breakfast was the best I have ever had, and her service was first class. My room was comfortable, and I slept well.

I liked the stunning paintings around the corridor, the most. The Greek handwritten descriptions also made top of my list. The staff were all just as friendly and professional. Hadn't seen this standard of a service for a long long time, to be quite honest. So clean and the breakfast was also fresh and up to my expectations, courtesy of the nice lady chef. The location also caught my attention as it is quiet, clean and accessible to shops and the pub. Will probably stay at The Bebington again and again. Ilyas

Very warming welcome, clean, big size of rooms, enough good bathroom. Very comfy bed and pillows. Nice design of living room Full English breakfast provided, fresh and hot. Free private parking. Everything you can expect from nice B&B.

The property was in easy reach of Birkenhead Ferry port for my onward journey. The room was perfect for my one night stay, it had everything I needed. Jo and the staff couldn’t do enough for me. Having arrived at 7pm I expected to have a time the door would lock so I took a pot noodle for dinner. When I arrived Jo explained the key would allow me to go out and return at my own pace, she also offered to advise me on places to eat! Jo couldn’t do enough for me, having woke up early the next day in preparation for the ferry crossing I loaded the car and Jo checked that I was not going to miss breakfast (which was absolutely delicious!) Brilliant place to stay and I will definitely be back! Thank you Jo for everything!
