Facilities good just bathroom and shower could have been cleaned a bit more, but we will definitely book again.

hotel location, staff and services were great. sleeping in a room downstairs was not comfortable for me because of the underground noises and vibrations every 5/10 minutes and I could only sleep a few hours

The bathroom is tiny and the shower was terrible. You can also hear and feel the rumble of the trains underground.

Location is so close to Paddington Station. So easy to get from the airport using the Elizabeth Line. Bfast was included and delicious. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

The heat was shut off part of the day & part of the night. The room was mostly cold as the small radiator could not keep up even when the heat was on. I slept with a comforter/duvet and an additional blanket. No elevators in this building with narrow flights of stairs. The hot water was not always available. Either the boiler had turned off or it cooled off coming thru the pipes to the 3rd floor.

The check-in staff were wonderful when I needed to extend my reservation several days in a row due to my partner being hospitalized. They always managed to find me a room. They even took my bag up 3 flights of stairs to my room. The location was excellent & only a short walk to StMary’s Hospital & Paddington Train Station.there were many small markets & restaurant. Thr breakfast & breakfast staff were great.

Needs an update, good lick of paint and as loads have said, don’t book if you can’t handle stairs! Breakfast room also very small and could do with a bit of an update.

No elevator and too many stairs for Most of the rooms. The room was too warm, had no AC, had small spaces, and rooms need to be upgraded.

Great location next to the train station, staff was great and good service at breakfast. Early check inn and they save your luggage before check inn and after check out.

This hotel is an experience that you’ll complain about for a couple of months then the rest of your life you’ll laugh about the experience. If you are a high maintenance person you won’t be happy. But if you are the average tourist on a budget you learn to compromise.

Breakfast was very good, but a little rushed. Front desk gentleman from Albania was fabulous The room was in the basement over a few subway tracks. All steps were steep Towels were purchased used from an auto detailer Location was in a great location

Room 9 was very small and shower was weak. Steps on stairs to basement for breakfast were dangerously narrow- I slipped. Breakfast room was crammed.

The only thing in lots of London accommodation is lack of lifts but once you get your luggage up the stairs it has everything you need!

Excellent location very close to Paddington station and some lovely local pubs and restaurants even a private park opposite with a statue of Paddington Bear. Loved the excellent Full English breakfasts. Very nice helpful staff.

Rooms very small, very warm. Furniture was shabby, chipped and scruffy.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good.

I felt the room was a little too small and the channels on the television too few.

Then breakfast was very good. The chap at reception was extremely helpful when I asked for directions to the Royal Albert Hall and suggested the tube rather than walk which saved us a lot of trouble.
