When we arrived our bedsheets had (what we think were) blood stains but we raised it with reception and they immediately apologised and changed it. On our last day we were first woken up by a false fire alarm and then were met by the bailiff shutting down the hotel for lack of payment?? We were lucky we were checking out anyway but not everyone was that lucky

Amazing location right by Camden Market, within walking distance of Chalk Farm or Camden tube stations. We stayed in a double room with private bathroom which was very comfortable albeit quite small (we barely had space to open our two pieces of hand luggage). Staff was very friendly and helpful

The fact that the sliding doors to the bathroom inside the room were not functioning properly was a big problem for us. Other than that, we had a small problem with the TV in our room. We deliberately booked a room with a TV and the remote wasn't working, so we asked for new batteries from the staff I think maybe 4-5 times. They were never delivered to us. Because of that negligence our rating for the hotel got affected.

The location and the lobby which happens to be a great cafe were the main reasons we loved this place.

It was quite a big Room for London and very clean and comfortable. The Stuff was very friendly and the Restaurant downstairs was perfect for working or relaxing.

The room felt quite small and did not have any storage facilities. The location is noisy.

Good location in Camden close to the tube, Roundhouse, shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom in our room was good. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good food too.

We arrived at 3 for the check in but the room wasn't ready till 4pm. We had a complimentary drink though and everything's else was great so we didn't mind much.

As a very tall person (2,04m/6'9") beds in hotels are basically always too short, which is to be expected. These were even shorter. It's fine for a couple of nights but it's a personal problem. Still slept well but lets just say it was a good thing that I'm a solo traveller, haha.

The location is great. Wish I brought an extra suitcase (and an extra month's salary) for the Camden Market right down the street! Hotel's clean and easily accessible. Right next to the underground. As soon as you get off the tubes you can already see the hotel from Chalk Farm station. It's a Northern Line too, you can get pretty much anywhere you'd like with ease!

The lady who was there on check out didn't seem to want to deal with guests at the hotel, she was just sat away from the desk on her laptop, as I was in a rush to leave I had to just leave my key without her checking me out properly. Really disappointed in the lack of customer service there considering every other member of staff I encountered on my stay was great.

Adam on the check in desk was super helpful and really welcoming.

No light in the bed area itself - they had this in the Manchester Selina and it helped to have that flexibility with having your own light. Noise outside and some noise inside on the Sunday night from the other dorms.

Location was great for tube and access to Camden/Primrose Hill. I booked a community room so for a dorm experience it is very good- very clean, comfortable bedding, nice showers. The downstairs area was particularly handy for me to work between between meetings.

Only issue I had is that on Booking it says there is an airport shuttle but this is not the case and is why I booked this place as had to go to the airport at 4am . I was only there 10:30pm to 4am but if I were younger and in holiday mode I’d have loved to be there longer and meet more young people.

Clean tidy easy and decent showers with toiletries . Very nice staff , the restaurant & bar looked good with a good menus . I saw they were selling a few treats in the shop l like the Chaga … staff were super friendly and helpful beyond expectation.
