We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomLooked like fresh milk in the bedroom, but it wasn't! We booked La Vista for dinner, but we didn't realise it was 5 mins away. We did enjoy it though!
lovely friendly and helpful staff. Not stuck up despite being a prestigious resort. Great bedroom with 2 comfy chairs! Great choice of activities and places to eat. Parked our car and helped with luggage. It is difficult to find fault with anything. Thank you.

United KingdomIt was not cheap. Not a problem except that in a couple of areas it let itself down. We wanted to have afternoon tea in the lounge; and were told that they needed 24 hours notice - for afternoon tea! Even I could make afternoon tea given 30 minutes notice. Also, still on food, the evening meal in the Grill restaurant was good to very good - but not excellent. For £200 for 2 people, I would have expected excellent. The irony was that the evening before we arrived at Cameron House, we ate in a small restaurant called 'Coast' in Oban. That meal was a third of the price of Cameron House and was more delicious. However, don't let that put you off -Cameron House was still a great experience.
An absolutely stunning hotel on the shores of Loch Lomond, in brilliant and spacious grounds. Service was impeccable, as you should expect. Valet parking and the bags taken up to your room on request. Breakfast was excellent, with great porridge and masses of choice. A wide range of restaurants to choose. Lots of extra facilities (some chargeable) if you wish; including a marina (with its own restaurant), a sea-plane, a golf course a short drive (on the provided shuttle bus) away. Spa, pools etc. We were fortunate in that a client had a boat at the marina, and so he kindly took us out for 5 hours on the Loch. Definitely recommended if you can find a way to get out on the water. The loch is magnificent.

What a dreamy place to stay! We had a beautiful view of Loch Lomond and were treated like royalty. Several restaurants on-site and one within a quick walk. We could not have asked for a better facility or service.

Extremely comfortable room with view of the Loch. Breakfast and Dinner were both excellent with attentive Staff. The Porter team did an excellent job in delivering and collecting our luggage and the Valet parking was extremely efficient.

United KingdomStayed in a standard double which had lots of 5 star touches. The whole hotel is simply stunning, the decor in the hallways, in the bars and restaurants. A tad pricey but well worth it for the experience which provides amazing memories to last a lifetime. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and extremely helpful. I am a whiskey lover so was pleasantly surprised the barman let me smell before I bought 😁 the meal in the grill was out of this world. The best hotel/dining experience we have ever had. Will definitely be back
