Having to use toasters to make our toast and only one of the two was working properly.

Location for the Comic Con was perfect and also close to shopping areas and bus station to catch Megabus back home. Quickness of them bringing out cooked breakfast, friendliness of staff

No lift so anyone with mobility issues or old would struggle. The pillows were a bit flat.

The location was excellent for the comic con. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment. Lots of free car parking.

    Dirty bed Linen

Booked triple room. Room was OK could have being cleaner. One of the single beds was dirty.... like someone had slept in the bed but wasn't changed and done as a stayover. The red stains where off putting. They did offered a room move when i phoned but I declined as we where tired after being at Liverpool game and it was late. I asked for new pillow covers and a duvet cover and I'd make the bed myself. The guy dropped a new duvet but no cover on it and two pillow covers. Luckily I travel with my own blanket but it was off putting, I'm not sure I'd stay again as you at least expect clean bed linen no matter the price of the room.

Great location, Albert Docks is within walking distance. You have a tesco beside and McDonalds across the road which is handy. Staff are very friendly. This is my 3rd time staying here as last two stays where positive.

Not enough towels in room. Not given a hand towel. Also no extraction fan in bathroom means need to keep window open to prevent damp smell.

Price is good for Docks location.

TV signal constantly pixelated (used my iPad). Cooked veggie breakfast inconsistent-one day no grilled tomato, this morning no grilled tomato or mushroom. Charger socket in bathroom 226 didn’t work.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Good value and location for exploring the city. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water.
