Nothing could have been better.

It was lovely and clean, beautiful apartment. Exceeded expectations. Brilliant parking facilities and easy to find. Really helpful guides sent via the host on finding the property, how to get in, and how to use everything. Brilliant kitchen set up with everything you could possibly need; with the little extra touch of tea, coffee and biscuits. Lovely bathroom, with essential shower products provided. Private garden area, felt very safe and secure. Lovely, friendly and polite cleaning staff when leaving.

It was very luxurious and clean, with modern stylish decor, the seats and beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with useful accessories. It felt like everything had been thought of, and was a home away from home. The garden was also well furnished with seats and ornaments, a great place to spend time.

Unfortunately we had boiler problems and ended up boiling kettles and pans of water to share an inch of bathwater on the last day. Maintenance were there to fix as we left. Were stand alone radiators in a few rooms so we weren't cold. Lovely thick quilts kept us warm in bed. Minor hiccup, which hopefully isn't a regular problem.

The apartments were absolutely gorgeous, decorated beautifully. Great location for exploring Falkirk (Kelpies, wheel, Callendar House) handy retail park just behind. Then onward to Edinburgh.

A little bit noisy with traffic passing by if your not used to this. Being small found it difficult getting access to mirror for drying hair. But this didn’t spoil break at all.

I would recommend a drainer for the kitchen, as it was difficult to wash and dry cups etc without making an area wet.

Spacious apartment extremely comfortable. Plenty of storage in bedroom with luxurious bed. Good size bathroom with walk in shower. Lounge /dinning room with the largest tv I've ever seen. Kitchen compact with everything you need, plus laundry room. We loved the clever heating system which gave 2hrs of heating at a time, so no waste of energy. The chocolates on the pillows was a wonderful surprise plus biscuits with the coffee machine. Thank you.

The apartment we chose suited our purpose well enough, but it was a little cramped for our little family of (2 adults, 1 child). It would have probably been more suitable for 2 people. So might be worth checking you book an apartment with sofa bed for 3 or more people.

The place was exceptionally clean. The courtyard garden setting is beautiful. It was an added bonus to have complimentary toiletries. Check out is comparatively late with added bonus to opt in for early/late check out for additional charge.

A few of the blinds would not close properly as the blind cords were worn and not working properly.

Very clean , warm and comfortable. Kids loved the TV screen in the bedframe . Kids enjoyed the garden courtyard space .

Lack of dishwasher despite there supposed to be one. The sofa in the lounge wasn’t very comfortable as being a sofa-bed the base kept slipping out. Both things relatively minor, who have just added to the excellent stay

I love it warm, so the heating can only stay on for 30 minutes and the apartment get cold after 30/1 hour later

As I was away for busines.. I wanted a apartment where I can chill and do my own thing.. Am also very strict with my fitness/meal plan where I wanted to make my own meal or reheat them. I originally booked a cabin by accident and ask the friendly staff (via booking.com) can I upgrade to a full apartment. Was definitely worth £179 for 2 nights.

For being a driver there was no where to park or unload our stuff we had to go to the car and transport our belonging across a busy road 3/4 times this could be looked in to as you have a possible access at the back door which you could utilise if possible

The lay out of the apartment was fantastic the decor was 1st class could have been a bit more upfront on the directions as we were looking for the directions on you Web site which was no where near the carmel apartments were

Property was really easy to find and parking was directly outside. Inside the property was the 'wow' factor! Absolutely everything has been thought of and provided, even down to the milk in the fridge. Would love to stay here again and would highly recommend

There was not one thing wrong with the property!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean, everything was immaculate and top quality. Bedrooms were gorgeous, beds were so comfortable with gorgeous quality bedding. Lounge with lovely big comfy sofa. The garden at the back was lovely, plenty of seated areas and quiet and peaceful (even though we didn’t use it - it was February!). Everything you could possibly need was there, gorgeous bathroom and fab kitchen, it all looked brand new.

I would have liked a room with a bath however I didn't ask for this when booking, the Sofa bed wasn't very comfortable to sit on however the apartment was a lovely place to stay.

Such a lovely apartment, very clean, great layout and decor throughout. Hassle free in terms of having the lock box outside apartment to collect key, perfect location too. Had such a lovely stay and will definately stay here again.
